Ancestral Miasm Clearings

What are ancestral miasms?

Ancestral miasms are distorted energy patterns inherited through your parents from the ancestral family tree. You can be considered a branch of that tree and on another level a tree in your own right. If we view a being as a branch, then the same sap is circulating through it as the rest of the tree. If we view it as a tree, the basis is a seed off the old tree. Either way, it is clear that the beginning of your physical body, and some of the distorted energies that come along with it, is determined by others not yourself. As you hang out in your mother’s auric field, waiting to be born you already pick up certain mannerisms from your new “tree line”. The negative patterns called miasms can be created by traumatic emotional, physical and spiritual events which are recorded in the akashic records (tree records) and imprinted in the energy field on a scalar wave level. These record inserts are kind of hanging above us like the Escher wood cuts with the never ending staircases. These inserts, we estimate, took place about 700 years ago, when other dimensional controls over this planet were manifested into denser levels.

How do we get these patterns?

These patterns are passed on in the physical line through imprinting in the energy body of the child and actual DNA inheritance from the parent on a cellular level, just like some trees are gnarled and some are evergreens or deciduous. On a physical level many things that impact us have mutated from 700 years ago, like viruses and bacteria. For instance what started out as tuberculosis three hundred years ago can appear as asthma, bronchitis, pleurisy or even lung cancer in a recent generation. Some of the mutations can be due to antibiotics, medications and enhanced/shifted viruses.

What is the cause of these patterns?

The emotional body is the most integrally linked into our physical body and emotional information becomes distorted in a combo of parallel life patterns and ancestral influx that changes from one physical incarnation to another. Emotional imprints from rage, anger, hatred, grief, sadness and pain coupled with learned behaviors of revenge, racism, fanaticism, denial and loyalty; create patterns of arbitrary character traits, seeming mental illness, physical illness strains, victim-hood and a series of right and wrong distortions that make the original impacted feelings unrecognizable. Like in our tree scenario we don’t see the roots of the tree (where we come from) or if we are a branch of a tree we are so integrally hooked into it we cannot see our own distortions and if we do, we think its how it’s supposed to be.

Why should people have ancestral Miasm clearings?

By going into the ancestral line and releasing the impacts in peoples lives from the ancestral line, in most cases, old stuck behaviors and other physical patterns can be cleared overnight and new ones installed.

Do not accept what we have been raised to believe. At some point we lost our way to our highest self and we have believed the illusions that exist in our culture today. Question... be curious... and look beyond the surface.

Researching tonight... I wondered how to make Holy Water because I wanted to cleanse some gems I wear. Here is the funny thing I just found. Interesting I thought. We mentally demonize that which we have been told is bad without looking deeper to truly understand what is behind the veil.

See below each depends on the intention of the beholder and is based on the belief systems in which they believe. Now many would demonize one and uphold the other. Truly, they are the same just altered over time to meet the current cultural style.

How to Make Holy Water to Bless a Home

In the Christian faith, water represents cleansing or the washing away of sins. Salt is a key element in holy water. One bishop wrote about how salt signifies the preservation of man's soul and safeguarding of it against sin. While other belief systems and traditions employ water in sacramental events, the Catholic Church is perhaps most commonly associated with holy water.

Things You'll Need:

Spring water
Rose water
Kosher or sea salt
A glass container for mixing
A storage bottle
A linen cloth

1 Plan this project during a time of complete privacy. Make the holy water during full moon phase. Choose a location outdoors on a clear night or near a window with a view of the moon.

2 Choose a glass bowl, bottle or small carafe that's heat tempered. Wash the container with soap and water, then rinse with boiling water to sterilize. Set out a white cloth, preferably linen. Arrange the ingredients and the sterilized container on it.

3 Inhale deeply and exhale 5 or 6 times. Release the stress of the day and relax. Hold the arms up and out at the sides with palms pointing upward as if cradling the Universe. Direct the eyes to the moon.

4 Pour the water into the bowl or carafe. Add the rose water. Hold it in both hands and raise towards the moon. Say, "I consecrate this water to be used for blessings."

5 Set the water container on the cloth. Pick up the small dish of salt. Hold it up in both hands towards the moon. Pour a little salt into the water. Pick up the container of water and swirl it around clockwise until the salt is dissolved.
6 Set the container on the cloth again. Hold both hands over the container, palms down and offer a blessing.
7 Store the holy water in a glass bottle with a cork or cap. Use it to bless each room of the home and the people who live in it.

An Easy Way To Make Your Own Holy WaterMaterials:
1 tsp of Rose Water (optional)
3 tbsp sea salt or Kosher salt
1 small bowl of spring water*
1 clean glass container
1 new compact mirror
1 storage bottle (small)

* Note: Spring water is extremely hard to come by. You may not be able to trust the bottled water, as it had been determined that many who use it are victims of false advertising, so be sure you are familiar with the spring water company. I suggest going on a small hiking trip with a large glass jar (like the type you buy family-size fruit in), and filling your jar from a running stream or other "live" body of water that is well known for "good fishing."
Cleanse and sterilize the bowl and glass container with boiling water.

Insure that you have total privacy during preparation.

Time: Midnight during a Full Moon phase.

Place: Out of doors under the moon, or near a window that will reflect the light of the moon.

Set out your work cloth and all ingredients upon it.
Take five or six deep breaths to relieve the stress of the day.

Cast your magick circle. Hold your arms outstreched in the Goddess position (arms out at the sides like you are cradling the Universe, palms up.) Say:
In the cloak of the midnight hour
I call upon the Ancient Power
I seek the presence of the Lady and Lord
To bless this water that I will pour.

At this point, you should feel the energy of Earth Mother and Skyfather move about your feet and head. Feel your own energy expand around your navel and then unite with Divinity. Take your time; no need to rush.
Add the rose water to the spring water. Pick up the bowl of water, hold it toward the light of the moon, and say:
In my hands I hold the essence of the Gods. I hereby cleanse and consecrate this water to Divinity that it may be used for positive acts only and may aid me in my magickal work.
Feel the energy of the Moon Goddess pulsate down into the water. Imagine her silver light descending from the heavens and impregnating both the water and yourself. You will feel a "glowy" sensation.
Set the water down and picl up the salt. Feel the power moving in your arms as you raise the salt toward the moon. Say:
In my hands I hold the essence of Earth Mother; she whose bounty sustains all living creatures. I hereby consecrate this salt to Divinity that it may be used for positive acts only and may aid me in my magickal work.
As with the water, imagine the energy of the Moon Goddess empowering the salt.
Set the salt down and pour a little into the bowl of water, and stir clockwise three times. Repeat this process twice more.
With the bowl in your left hand (recieving) and the mirror in your right (sending), reflect the light of the moon off the mirror and into the bowl. After a few moments say:
This liquid is now pure and dedicated to the Lord and Lady. It is free from all negativity in any time and any space.

Set the bowl and mirror down and hold out both of your hands, palms down, over (not touching) the bowl, about one inch above the water.
Let the vibrations of your body come alive. Open your third eye chakra and imagine a glowing purple light emanating from it. Form and open triangle with your hands over the water and project the light into it. In your mind, see the water change color and glow. Feel the power and energy flow from your head down through your arms and up from your feet and out from your arms simultaneously. When you feel the energy begin to dissipate, slowly lower your hands and say:
As I will
So mote it be
With the free will of all
And harm to none
This formula is done!
You may ground your energy in two ways. Either place your hands physically upon the ground and feel the energy drain into Earth Mother, or imagine your energy as a force field around you, and quietly step back out of the skeleton of energy and watch it collapse in upon itself and melt into the ground.
Transfer the water to your storage container and store it away until you are ready to cleanse and concencrate your sacred space. Be sure to clean up after yourself by putting all things away in their designated places so that you will be able to find them again next when they're needed.

SPIRITS: A Cause for Mental & Physical Illness

It is an idea that many people are unfamiliar and uncomfortable with: might mental and physical illness be caused by spirits, disincarnate entities of various kinds? We live in a society where science has declared the invisible realms of spirits, angels and deceased souls are of fairy or fantasy books. But did they make a big mistake by doing so? People still report seeing and encountering spirits, ghosts, fairies and other spiritual creatures. Possession by spirit beings is still been reported, and in contrast to the movies it is not all evil. It is just a question of knowing what is going on and how to handle it. The following is based on accounts of different people who have successfully worked with identifying and liberating possessive spirits.

The E-Syndrome

The E-Syndrome is the title of a marvelous book (in Dutch) I read in the early 1990's. It was written by Roger Vanderdonck, a psychologist and clairvoyant, in Flanders, Belgium (he died in 1991). He discovered that certain people cannot be hypnotized or it is very difficult to hypnotize them. He discovered that a large percentage of those people were "possessed". The totality of their symptoms he called the E-Syndrome or Entity-Syndrome, what refers to the presence of one or more spirits with a particular person. He purposely did not advertise or publicize his own investigation in this matter. In this way his clients came to him from word of mouth. During two years he kept detailed notes and analyzed his findings to get a better understanding of the phenomenon. During this period he examined 1131 cases in which 921 had a 'presence'.

The symptoms are not all the same and vary from person to person. The longer an entity has been with a person the greater the chance that the symptoms are present or that the symptoms are stronger. So what are the symptoms that can show up?

1. Head complaints are very frequent, from a normal 'pressure', or 'band ' around the head to headaches and migraines. Some 63% of his clients had this symptom.

2. Neck complaints, also frequent (60%), often unilateral, with or without pain, stiffness of the muscles.

3. Internal disorders, as with the digestive system, heart problems and breathing problems. Vanderdonck only took those symptoms into account that had no known origin.

4. Depression and related symptoms (77%), from occasional dark thoughts with a pessimistic outlook on life to heavy depression.

5. Suicide thought or attempts (23% of his clients). A high number of accidents are also a strong indication to the presence of an entity.

6. Fatigued and being overly tired. It is rarely the cause of a visit to his practice because it is is almost always present (84%). When spirits don't make the transition to the Light, and remain here on earth, they do need to take in energy in order to sustain themselves, and this energy they get from a living person to which they attach themselves.

7. Relationship problems or social problems.

8. Other therapies don't work, classic or alternative. The entity often made it impossible for for the therapy to work.

9. Rarely (less than 5%) there are direct signs for the presence of an entity. The patient feels a the presence of an entity in himself, or that an entity is always watching him, or is doing things he doesn't want to do, or is even physically pushed by an unseen entity. Other signs are: feeling a cold wind, hearing of sounds, seeing images, feeling pressure on the body and so on.

10. Signal symptoms. The person adopts characteristics, behavior or habits (especially negative) of the entity that is possessing them. This can also be physical, like pain, or tics, or bad hearing or vision and so on. 94% of his clients had physical symptoms that the doctor was not able to find the physical cause for.

Roger Vanderdonck developed a unique and effective diagnosis method to determine if a person has a spirit, or entity, attached to him. he calls it the swing-posture test. The client stands upright in a relaxed position. Vanderdonck first magnetized (magnetic 'passes') the person to reduce tensions. The patient looks at a point on the wall and is asked to drop down in a relaxed way, in whatever direction is natural to him. The patient knew that he would be immediately caught in the arms of Vanderdonck. From the way the person drops down it can be determined if there is an entity present. If the person drops backwards, there is no entity present. If the person drops forward there is an entity present. If the person drops to the right, there are two entities present or there is one clearly negative entity. When the entity drops to the left, then this is a signal of the the person's spiritual guide who wants to communicate or give a message to the person. After this initial test, Roger Vanderdonck verified his findings clairvoyantly.

Another test he did was the feeling of the temperature of the person's neck, left and right. Some people, with an attached entity, complained of a big difference in temperature left and right in their neck. The left side was often much colder than the right side. The temperature on both sides would equalize after the treatment.

Roger Vanderdonck also looked at the eyes of his clients. Their eyes were often pale, dull and 'veiled'. Eye problems were not uncommon.

As Roger Vanderdonck was not only a psychiatrist but also a clairvoyant, he was able to find out what entity (or entities) were attached to a person. He found that the death of the entity always happened between the day of conception of the client and the day of the visit of the client to Vanderdonck. Yes, an entity can join a living person during its pregnancy, thus before birth. This is rarely the case, but it can happen. So what kind of rules did he find in this regard?

1. Once an entity arrives at (=attaches to) a living person it can not leave by itself. It will only leave when that living person dies or when it is taken away. There is an exception to this rule, and that is when the entity goes from the mother to the child during pregnancy. A spirit of an aborted baby or miscarriage can stay with the mother, or can transfer on to the next child.

Another exception is when a black magician put a curse on a person for the duration of generations (a family curse) by sending a dark entity to that person. That entity thus hops from one generation to another until it has been dealt with.

2. In general the entity is from human descent, that is it was once a living human that died and crossed over to the hereafter. But Roger Vanderdonck found a couple of exceptions.

One was that of a woman who had already been with two doctors, in vain. She said that something had 'fallen' on her that was exhausting her enormously. Vanderdonck clairvoyantly discovered that it was not a human but very strange creature that was attached to his client at her left side. It looked like a kind of red 'branch' or 'tree', twisted, with rough skin surface and a bunch of strange little extensions. When mentally contacting this creature it communicated that "I come from far away...I was lost...my fuel was gone...I fell on this planet...I took the first energy source I found...that was this life for here...I want to go to the red light." In two other cases he found the same kind of small figure in a kind of space suit, who were also taking away a lot of energy from the person they had attached themselves too.

Another exception is the presence of 'the little people', that is dwarfs, kobolds, elves, nymphs and so on.

In two cases he found an animal spirit, from an animal that the patient had known. In both cases there had been a strong emotional connection between patient and that animal.

3. Usually the entity is a family member that they will recognize immediately when Roger Vanderdonck describes the entity. In some cases the patient did not recognize who the entity was, because the entity is a complete stranger to them, or the patient is too young, or the entity is from an earlier generation.

4. The present entity seldom has a negative motivation to attach itself to the living person. The fact that the person is suffering from the attached entity, is because that entity is not on its place within the energy field of the person, and thus it is creating an imbalance, distortion or harm to the person. Although an entity, when it has just died, is concerned about a still living family member or just wants to find as place of comfort by attaching itself to a living person, this is an egotistic motive, although not recognized by the entity. Good intentions can do harm. Negative motives can also happen out of jealousy, hate, revenge and so on.

5. Depending on the emotionality that once existed between the patient and the entity, it is usually a grandparent that is the attached entity. The we find parents and blood relatives who have died. Attachment by the spirits of aborted babies or miscarriages are rare, and it is often the emotionality that once existed between mother and the unborn baby that is a determining factor. Rarely is a deceased spouse the attached spirit.

So far we have seen what kind of spirits can attach itself to a living person. How did Roger Vanderdonck liberate his patients from those spirits? He said that one way is asking the help of higher spiritual forces by prayer, offerings, ritual dances and so on. This is usual done for a group of people, not so much for one particular person. But this method is not that effective and even less controlled (churches f.e. usually don't check back on their followers).

Exorcism also doesn't work. With exorcism the spirit is always seen as evil, and often called demon or devil. Vanderdonck said that only 6% of his clients had entities that were negatively motivated. Also, exorcism is only concerned about helping the person, not the attached entity. And with exorcism, the entity usually returns to the person. The reason for this is that the entity is not really evil but that the procedure of exorcism is itself a negative intention.

Spiritism, when positively applied, releases spirits the Light. These are almost always spirits connected with a place, and not attached to a living person. These are also spirits that were not able to make the transition into the light.

So, Roger Vanderdonck developed his own method that would help both the living person and the entity, and he had a 100% success with it. He did not want to bring harm to either the person or the entity, he did not want the entity to go to another disadvantageous place. He wanted the ritual to be effective immediately, and verifiable immediately afterwards. It had to be simple and he had to protect the person from being 'possessed' again. He discovered his method during his transcendental meditations, in which he frequently arrived at a scene in ancient Egypt where he saw a ritual to liberate entities. He saw that scene so frequently that he was able to write everything down in detail. At first he practiced the ritual in the presence of a clairvoyant medium, in order to check if it really worked. Once he knew it did work, he performed it without the medium. In his book he did not give all the details, because he thought that it demands a certain training and attitude, and should not be applied literally. He found out that the first ones who want to start with it are people who are not suitable and often not positively oriented. The right motivation is very important.

The first requirement is to work in a special place that is protected, as is done in magic. He then called up the right atmosphere by calling the four elements, and the forces of the cosmos symbolized by the Egyptian Gods. After this he directed himself to the entity and explained to it its situation and that its presence with the patient causes a lot of problems for the patient, but that it is also problematic for itself. He explained the entity that it will be guided to the Light by the Gods. Vanderdonck could literally feel the soul of the entity slip through his hands when it was taken to the Light. At last all the energies and beings who have helped in the ritual were given thanks and the patients was protected against recurrence, but also against negativity and black magic. After the ritual has ended, he performed an immediately 'checkup' to verify if the entity was indeed gone. He added the black magic clause because he was being confronted with this kind of entities. One wonders if this might have been the cause of his untimely death just after he finished his book. Possessions and Attachments (based on Shakuntala Modi)

In old times, and even at present in some regions of the world, shamans have explained to us that illness was caused by malevolent or misguided spirits, and they based their practice on removing those entities from the patient. Almost every religion has its 'exorcists' who drive out the bad spirits. Only modern day science has rejected the idea of the existence of spirits interfering with our health. But there seems to be a change happening. Recently I found a book, Remarkable Healings, A Psychiatrist Discovers Unsuspected Roots of Mental and Physical Illness, by Shakuntala Modi, M.D. (published by Hampton Roads, ISBN 1-57174-079-1). She is part of a new generation of medical people who are changing their outlook on illness. One time, quite by accident, one of her patients spontaneously regressed to a previous life when asked to go to the root of her problems. Another patient described the root of her problems to be the spirit of her deceased father who was with her. He had died of stomach cancer. By staying with his daughter he unwillingly was transferring the stomach pain he had when he died to his daughter. Trying to solve this new problem, Modi asked the patient if she could see anything else. The patient reported seeing a bright white light and angels coming to help to help her deceased father to make the transfer to the Light. Since then Modi has regressed her patients and asked them to go to the cause of their problems. Once the problem was found and dealt with, the patient's illness disappeared quickly. Modi was quite astonished by the high success rate she had with this new unorthodox method, with the classic therapy methods she had been having very little success.

With some people Modi uses hypnosis to have them look inside for the cause of their ailments, with others she uses a couple of other techniques. Some people spontaneously regress to other lives or can see the spirits inside. Modi then conversed with those spirits through the patient, this is where all the information comes from. Modi herself does not form an opinion about the existence of past lives or spiritual entities. For her it is more important that the method works, and her patients get better quickly.

Although you can find other books about the same subject, Modi's book is very interesting because it is comprehensive (631 pages!), well structured and with many case histories. So, what does she tell about the cause of mental and physical illness? The following is a summary of what her patients told her; Modi herself did not come up with it.

Some illnesses are caused by traumas in this life or in past lives. This includes birth traumas and prenatal traumas. Re-living the traumatic event, the more emotional the more effective, releases the blocked energy and healing can be instantaneous, or it happens in the next few days.

Her patient's illnesses were usually caused by possessing or attached spirits. The pain and emotions these spirits were going through when they died, is transferred, willingly or unwillingly, to the living person they are now attached to, or posess. In these cases medical treatment does not help. Modi calls these spirits 'earthbound spirits' as they did not make the transition to heaven or to the Light after they died. For some reason, often family ties, they chose to stay with a living person. Sometimes they are confused, sometimes they stay with the living person out of love, sometimes out of the desire to take revenge, sometimes they want to continue their desire to experience drugs, or other addictions through the person they posses.

Some spirits are really malevolent, they are usually called dark or evil spirits, demons, devils. These are beings who have turned themselves away from the Light and derive pleasure from harming both other spirits and living beings. We have to be careful not to condemn these beings as they are also light beings, or angels as you could call them, who have covered up their inner divine light with darkness. When called upon, other angels come and will force the dark spirit to look inside. This will allow him to discover his inner light and thereby be transformed into a light being, at the same time leaving the patient. This is not exorcism. Exorcism is the forceful removal of a dark spirit from a person, but this will always fail or even cause more trouble as the dark entity is not transformed and remains the same. So the treatment of the patient is actually a treatment of the entities that posses or are attached to the patient. They have to be convinced about what they are doing to the patient, about what they really are and that going to the Light is the best solution for them.

Aside from the dark spirits, or demons, the patients also quite frequently talk about Satan, a term many people might have trouble with. Satan is a term that comes from the Catholic Church. From what Modi's patients tell, Satan seems to be the embodiment of the most evil things. One can easily give him another name derived from other religions or you can make one up for yourself. He seems to be a master demon, who tricks many souls into the darkness.

Patients also report how negative entities create dark energy shields around a person, dark devices that are placed inside the person and dark energy cords by which they can influence the person from a 'distance'. Interesting ideas, as I have once seen pictures of a person who was being influenced by black magic. On these pictures (snapshots inside his house) there were several luminous cords attached to him.

Another problem patients report is the loss of soul parts. One or more pieces of their soul had been lost over time, mostly stemming from traumas in this life or from past lives. The loss of soul parts is another of those old ideas one finds in the practice of shamans. Somehow a piece of our energy can remain behind and stuck with other people or places. The soul parts need to be retrieved, cleansed, healed and integrated again with the main body of our soul. Sometimes a part has come in the possession of an evil spirit who uses it to inflict harm on the person, as the person still remains connected with that soul part, wherever it might be. It is also possible for a person to have a soul part of another person, which also can cause problems to the person who has that soul part.

Although the dark entities, demons and Satan claim to have great power, they are easily controlled, released and transformed by the appearing angels. It seems that they only have as much power as we are giving them. Through Modi's patients, the archangels gave instructions for a protection prayer (go here). As human beings we are vulnerable to emotional and physical traumas, emotional outburst and environmental influences that all can cause a weakened body and soul, making it vulnerable to dark entities. But we can master our emotions. Dark entities feed and stimulate negative emotions in us. We have a choice to react on a situation with increased anger, hate etc. or not. Somebody who lets his negative emotions run free, is also attracting a lot of dark entities. We can protect ourselves a great deal by the way we live, feel and think. We can heal ourselves by resolving our traumas. For the rest we can ask protection from the angels.

From what her patients told her, Modi has built a basic structure of the universe. In their therapy sessions they have frequently experienced a huge Light that they describe as God who is an ocean of Light and love. Then there are a number of large divine beings, described as godheads, masters, and oversouls. I found their descriptions very similar to what the Gnostics called the Aeons (see my Gnosticism article). They can appear in the form of religious masters. Under them are the angels and other light beings. Every living being is connected to God by a energy cord. Humans go through a process of incarnations, by which they live their physical lives being influenced by both good and dark forces, and spend their afterlives (between births) in realms of light. We are here to learn about ourselves and the universe and to eventually reunite with what we call God, or the Divine. Some beings have decided to go against the natural flow of the Divine in its creation and have become the dark spirits, the demons, Satan. They too will eventually be transformed into light beings and reunite with God.

The Nature of Angels and Demons (based on Daskalos)

Daskalos, also called the Magus of Strovolos, a Greek magician-healer-shaman, has become known to the West in a series of books by Kyriacos C. Markides. His knowledge is based on Western traditions and on his own experiences as a spiritually gifted person. His ideas about possession by spiritual entities gives us additional information. Daskalos says that people become possessed by elementals (=etheric beings created by our own thoughts and/or emotions) which they themselves have created as a result of their weakness. In contrast to Shakuntala Modi, Daskalos only rarely encounters possession by beings who reside in the etheric world. Maybe this is because Daskalos works with the local population, while Modi as a psychiatrist works specifically with mentally ill patients. At times her patients might mistake the artificial, self created elementals for real spirits.

Deceased humans often hold on to their hate towards particular people or situations when they pass to the next world. This is the cause of them finding themselves oscillating between the physical and the divine world. It allows them to come into contact with the physical world again and again by taking possession of living human beings who have certain phobias or who are in a certain psychological state that permits those spirits to enter the person. One needs to understand that possession, be it by a demon, elemental, or a deceased human, can take place only if there are reasons, that is, when the individual vibrates analogously with whoever or whatever tries to enter him. In other words the person must himself have the predisposition to be possessed.

The most difficult type of possession to cope with, Daskalos says, is by deceased humans. They have a particular persistence. It is not easy to send them away. And you cannot destroy or dissolve them. They are eternal beings and cannot be destroyed.

About demons, Daskalos says that they, like the rest of creation, evolve too and will one day be part of the Holy Spirit (the Light). "Humans are afraid of demons because they are invisible. Had they not been so, men would have exploited them like other animals." A surprising statement! Demons can take ugly animal-like shapes but can also acquire the shape of human beings as they can adapt themselves to whatever they see; they are like chameleons of form. Demons have no genitals, they are usually dark and sometimes even handsome.

Daskalos explains that demons and angels are both emanations of archangelic forces. In themselves neither demons nor angels are eternal beings. They are elementals of the archangelic force which is projecting them. Human beings also are capable of creating both demonic and angelic elementals. Demons are archangelic emanations in the negative side of existence in order to create the realms of separateness. The archangel Lucifer is down here to create the opposite side of energy and power in order to bring balance. The purpose of this Evil is to create for us more sharply the meaning of Good.

Man is allowed to create both demonic or angelic elementals. Archangels can only create angelic elementals, but Lucifer can only create demons. Demons posses a form of subconsciousness that enables them to converse with humans. One can reason with a demon but not with an angel because an angel is an unshakable law. An angel cannot deviate from his divine purpose. A demon opposes the work of the angel and can influence man. Once a demon attaches himself to a human being, he acts along with him, using the logic of man, regardless of the fact that it may be a form of unreason. An angel cannot do that. An angel has no choice but to do good. A demon cooperates with man and therefore absorbs part of his experience. The angel expresses the love of his archangel uncolored. A demon expresses within the realm of separateness the love of his own archangel which is sentimentality. That is why a demon can more easily get attached to a human than an angel. The angel can only create blindly, fully, and beautifully through the Holy Spirit. The demon does everything that man does.

In contrast to what most believe, Daskalos says that angels and demons are not in conflict. They only appear to be so in human consciousness. But in fact they cooperate. They take different positions within the subconscious of the individual in order to make it possible for us to know the meaning of good and evil.

We mentioned a couple of times that angels and demons are actually elementals. What does the term 'elemental' mean? Elementals are beings not created by the Divine, they were and are created 'artificially' by the archangels or by man. Elementals have a life of their own and can have an existence independent of the one who projected them. Any thought and any feeling that an individual projects is an elemental. That is why it is so important to watch your emotions, or feelings, and thoughts. There are actually two kinds of elementals: those that are projected subconsciously, which Daskalos calls 'desires-thoughts', and those consciously constructed and called 'thought-desires'. 'Desires-thoughts' are made by a person who lives primarily by his emotions (most people are like this). 'Thought-desires' are made by a person who lives primarily by his thoughts. These are more powerful and last longer.

As most people live by their emotions, they produce 'desire-thought' elementals, but those people also lack understanding of the nature of desire and thought. Consequently they often fall prey to the very elementals they have created. Nature determines that these elementals will eventually return to the person who created them. (Once again, watch your emotions and thoughts!) When they return they surface from the pool of memory to the conscious level in order to acquire new energy, and then withdraw again. The same cycle is repeated until such elementals succeed in staying within the subconscious of the person on a more permanent basis. They then absorb energy from the etheric double (=our life-energy body) of the individual and in this manner they extend their life. This is how habits and obsessions such as smoking, gambling, and drinking are formed.

The Distinction Between Evil and Good Entities (based on Seizan Fukami)

there are people who, involved in the esoteric, wicca, or magic, often display an interest in the spirit world. A mere interest is ok, but one should not venture into it when one is not an accomplished psychic. The spirit world is not an innocent playground. How do you distinguish between good and evil entities? Here are some guidelines from Seizan Fukami, a renown Japanese Psychic, who wrote a couple of interesting books about the matter (Exorcism, isbn4-88692-282-1; and Divine World, isbn4-88692-318-6, available by Tachibana Shuppan Inc, Japan. One of the distinguishing features of superior spirits is that they very seldom interfere with human beings or affairs in the material world. They do not go around telling people what to do or not, where to go or when. Instead of bossing, they usually lay the groundwork in secret so that people will end up doing what they want them to do anyhow. The reason is that these superior beings have been entrusted with the education of us human beings. And pampering a person or diverting him from blind alleys in the end hampers a person's effort to gain experience and grow. Such coddling might even prevent a person from accomplishing his mission in life. The duty of these superior beings is to make sure that the people entrusted in their care have the opportunity to gain learning, training and desirable character traits.

When a person prays for something that will jeopardize the maturation of his inner being, the superior being watching out for him will turn a deaf ear to his pleas. They will be totally unbending and not lift a finger. But if the request involves spiritual growth, than they will be more than willing to help. These superior beings have a highly evolved sense of of learning, training, spiritual enlightenment and wisdom. The always respect our free will.

Evil spirits do not give a damn about the spiritual growth of people. They only act as parasites by inhabiting or being attached to a person's body. They are solely concerned with manipulating the person as they see fit. The inferior spirits indulge in unbridled passions and egotism. Unlike the superior beings, they do not have the capability to assimilate things of value. They lack the abilities to explain things or place things in their proper perspective that derive from learning. All they know is what is right in front of them and they live from moment to moment. These spirits regret the fact that they do not have a body of their own, so they want to take charge of a living person's body. Consequently, they are always on the alert, eager to discover a crack in some person's spiritual armor, so that they can go rushing in. They often lie about who they are, pretending to be some well known historic person, or god or goddess. They do not respect our free will and like to interfere and manipulate.

How to Rid Yourself of Negative Spirits (based on Daskalos and Fukami)

We already mentioned that spirits, demons, or negative energies attach themselves to us because there is a corresponding vibration within us that makes such attachment possible. It depends on what attitudes, emotions and thoughts we cultivate and carry around, and what karma we have inherited from the past.

Daskalos proclaims that our present personalities, and the circumstances within which we live, are the sum total of the elementals we have constructed ever since our descent into the physical world and the beginning of our cycle of incarnation. How do we get rid of the negative elementals that we have created and that keep coming back to us, stimulating more negative emotions and thoughts in us? By indifference! When negative emotions or thoughts come up in a given situation, just notice that they are there, but do not repress them nor express them. Be indifferent to them. This way they will get no more energy from us, and will be neutralized. Either they get dissolved or they float away in the etheric sphere where they will be picked up by others who are attracted to them.

Fukami stresses that one should believe in one's good personality characteristics, because these represent the real you. The traits that are dragging you in a negative direction are false and often are influences from evil spirits. In this way you will distance yourself from thoughts that you don't really want in the first place, and you will become self-reliant, believing in the real you which is always positive. This way evil spirits will be driven away. It demands strong faith but also good physical health. One cannot neglect his physical health, as mind and body go together. Be healthy, have positive thoughts, positive emotions a positive attitude.

Genesis 1:1-5:

And God said, let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

The Monad is a Trio of Spirit/ Divine Soul/ Human Soul.

Inside of any Monad one will always find the three atoms of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

These are the three atoms of the Cosmic Christ, the Glorian within each Monad; these three atoms (forces) are as an electric wire: Positive, Negative and Neutral. They connect the Monad with the Elohim (Gods and Goddesses).

In the World of Briah, the world of Cosmocreators, we find the Seven Mighty Rays that organize these Monads. Our Monad is connected to one of those seven mighty rays.

The three spiritual atoms (Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit) of our Monad are connected to the Glorian (Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit) of the Elohim (Cosmocreator) who commands the ray to which our Monad is connected.

The first words of the Bible:

Beraisheeth bara Elohim.

In common English: “In the beginning, God create..”

According to Zohar, the Kabbalah:

This is why it says Beresheet, about Chokmah, which is composed of bet-resheet. the numerical value of the letter Bet is two, because Chokmah is the second of the ten Sephiroth. it is called resheet (beginning) because (relates to the World of Briah-Creation), although the supernal and concealed Kether is the first of the Sephiroth, Kether is not included in the number of the Sephiroth (because relates to the World of Atziluth-Archetypes). Thus, the second--namely Chokmah--is considered as the resheet (beginning). therefore, it is considered bet-resheet, Bet, since it is the second Sephirah in the order of the emanation of the Sephiroth, and 'beginning,' since it is the first in (Briah) the counting, as Kether is not counted.

“Bet” = Chokmah
“Raishath” = The "Higher, or Upper Wisdom,” which is related to the Sephirah Chokmah: the cognizance that is always creating
Furthermore, just as the upper Chokmah is a beginning, so is the lower Chochmah a beginning. From the upper Chokmah down to Malkuth, which is the lower Chokmah, there is no Sephirah that may receive for itself the illumination of Chokmah. Hence, Bet should not be separated from Resheet. in other words, this bet alludes to Malkuth, which is the lower Chokmah. since there is no other Sephirah between them that may receive the illumination of Chokmah, Malkuth and Resheet should be joined to form Beresheet. - Zohar
So, the proper translation, according to Kabbalah, would be:

The "Higher, or Upper Wisdom" of the six, over which stands the Seventh Sephirah (Jehovah Elohim in Daath), created the Heaven and the Earth.

Chokmah, the "Higher, or Upper Wisdom" of the Gods and Goddesses, is related to creation (World of Briah).

“Throughout, the 10 Sephiroth are represented as divided into the three higher, or the spiritual Triad, and the lower Septenary. The true Esoteric meaning of the sacred number seven is cleverly veiled in the Zohar; yet was betrayed by the double way of writing "in the beginning" or Be-resheeth, and Be-raishath, the latter the "Higher, or Upper Wisdom." As shown by Mr. Macgregor Mathers in his Kabbalah (p. 47), and in the Qabbalah of Mr. T. Myer (p. 233), both of these Kabalists being supported by the best ancient authorities, these words have a dual and secret meaning. Braisheeth bara Elohim means that the six, over which stands the seventh Sephirah, belong to the lower material class, or, as the author says: "Seven . . . . are applied to the Lower Creation, and three to the spiritual man, the Heavenly Prototypic or first Adam."

Braisheeth bara Elohim created the Monads and material world. Heaven is always related to God, our own particular Spirit. Our Monad, Spirit, is always in Heaven.

The Monads (Spirits) are related to a particular Cosmic Ray. When the Monads are sent out (into the universe) from within the bosom of the Absolute (the Eternal Cosmic Common Father) they immediately become connected when being fecundated by that particular Cosmic Ray or Cosmo-creator that is in charge of that part of the Cosmos.

This is how our Monads are connected with the Elohim/ Gods and Goddesses/ Cosmo-creators.

All the Monads of this Planet Earth are connected to the Elohim in that way, this is, through one Ray among the seven cosmic rays. Any one of these seven rays is what is called Glorian (Father/ Son/ Holy Spirit).

The difference between the three spiritual atoms (Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit) of our Monad and of the three spiritual atoms (Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit) of the Elohim (because the Elohim or Cosmocreators are also Monads) is that they were also simple Monads in former Cosmic Days (as our Monads presently are), but they became Self-realized and developed the power of creating a World, the power of organizing a Kosmos. The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit of the Elohim or Cosmocreator Monads have more Wisdom, more capacity.

The Monad of an ant (Father/Son/ Holy Spirit) has only the power to create that matter, that tiny body of the ant. The heaven of that ant is its Monad that only has the power of creating that earth/ matter, which is that ant. But through evolution, the three spiritual atoms will learn to create more complicated organisms, until the moment in which the Monad is capable of creating a human body, and if this Monad enters into the Initiatic Path, it will learn how to create a world, a sun, like Michael, Raphael, etc. which are Monads that are capable of giving life and sustaining it on the planets. Suns, stars = Elohim.

Braisheeth bara Elohim = these are the Gods related with the universe, eg. In this solar system, the Seven Cosmocreator Monads that command the Seven Mighty Rays are: Gabriel, Raphael, Uriel, Michael, Samael, Zachariel and Orifiel. There are others, because other Elohim exist in this Solar System, but these seven are the main ones.

All of the Monads are connected to the three spiritual atoms (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) of these Seven Cosmocreator Monads.
In order to achieve the work in the Self-realisation of the Being, or in other words, in order for the Monad to create the human being into its own image, we need the help of Christ.

No one gets to the Father (our Monad) except through the Son.

Christ is not a person, is not an individual, but the Multiple Perfect Unity. Christ is that Cosmic Energy that manifests itself through the Seven Cosmic Rays of this or any Solar System. Christ is the Lamb with Seven Horns (rays) and Seven Eyes (Chakras) of the book of Revelation. Each Monad is connected to any of these Seven Horns.

Thus, that Cosmocreator Monad that commands such Cosmic Ray or Horn of the Lamb (Cosmic Fire) is connected to the Cosmic Christ. This is how the Cosmic Christ gives us its energy through that Cosmic Ray in order for us to become united with our Father (Monad) who is in Heaven.

Whether we are connected to Gabriel, or Samael… the Christ is always the same. Christ is always Christ, Cosmic, Universal, but acting in a different way according with that particular Cosmic Ray. This is why we find different kinds of Masters, because these Masters are connected to different Cosmic Rays.

Mars/Samael = Warriors
Venus/Uriel = Art
Sun/Michael = related to the Law of the Scale…
Light is always Light, Christ grants its Light to its Monads, but its light illuminates different in each Cosmocreator. Samael is Red Light, the Red Christ.

All Monads evolve in the mineral, plant, animal and human kingdoms.

The Earth/Malkuth is the physical body created by the Monad through the direction of the Elohim.

The Monad created the body, but above the Monad is always a Cosmocreator that is guiding the Monad.

So in this earth, without Cosmocreators, nobody can have a physical body. Our Monad is always the intermediator of the creative force from the Cosmocreators.

That’s why in the initiation one has to follow one’s own Monad, Being, Inner God, but our Monad is always following its particular Elohim, following its own Cosmic Ray.

In order to reach the Absolute (the bosom of our Cosmic Common Eternal Father) the Monad needs the help of its own particular Cosmic Ray or Elohim this way the Monad develops faster, because the Cosmic Christ is connected to our Monad through that Cosmic Ray.

That Elohim is Christ or the Light, the electricity, that acts through that Elohim.

In the beginning Elohim created Heaven and Earth..

We have to realise that many different types of people exist who are related to different types of Cosmic Rays.

Therefore, when a Monad reaches the level in which we are in now (the humanoid kingdom), and if we enter into initiation, we read:

...And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep.

Earth = matter, physical body.

Because “In the beginning Elohim created Heaven” is the evolution of our Spirit in Heaven, and is related with the Elohim
“..and the earth...” is the physical body in different steps in evolution from the mineral until the human kingdom.

..And the earth was without form, and void...

The matter, the earth (physical body), that we have here and now, is without form, is disorganised, there is no psychological organization within us. When we examine our psyche through meditation, we discover that within our psyche is not God, but the Ego (the devil).

We do not have even Tiphereth, the Human Soul, incarnated. We are beings without Human Soul, even though we have one small part of Tiphereth, Beauty, Soul, inside, which is the consciousness, the essence, the Buddhata.

The Buddhata is an embryo of soul; this embryo is trapped within Lust, Anger, Greed, Envy.. etc., it is without form and void, in disorder (and the earth was without form, and void…).

There is no organisation in our psyche, it has no form.

...and darkness was upon the face of the deep.

The deep is the abyss in each of us: the subconsciousness/ unconsciousness/ infra-consciousness; it is the darkness within us.

If we start awakening the consciousness, then we will see light.

But at the moment we only see darkness inside. There is no Light, only disorder, and emptiness, a Void. There is nothing there related to our Monad; the Buddhata disgracefully is bottled up within the animal ego, defects, vices, perversity, etc...

Fortunately, Genesis tells us how to initiate our interior organization and to make light within that darkness.

And the (Ruach Elohim) Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters...

“And the Ruach Elohim…” Ruach means Spirit, and also Breath or Wind. In this case we read as Spirit.

The Solar Spirit (Ruach Elohim) finalizes its transformation (through the metabolism of the physical body) in the sexual waters. The Solar Spirit (Ruach Elohim) is the Christic Solar Substance within the sperm and the ovum that are floating upon face of the sexual waters of man and woman. Here in these Genesic Waters is the beginning of all life.

“And God said..” We are only interested in Self-realization if our Monad wants to Self-realize. Our God has to decide, has to say. Our Monad can guide us, but first the Elohim have to indicate how.

The Elohim assist and help the Buddhatas and Monads through their Cosmic Ray. The Masters of the White Lodge are always taking care of all the souls and Monads of the earth.

The Monads need to be guided by the Cosmic Christ. So, the Cosmic Christ through the Elohim guides those Monads that are entering into the Initiatic Path.

This is why we always find Avatars, Prophets, Messengers who descend here to teach.

The Monad reaches the level of Mastery through the guidance of the Elohim. Afterwards, the Monad can proceed illuminating itself with its own experience, with its own light.

And Elohim said, let there be light: and there was light…

This knowledge is light for our darkness. But the real light shines when we awaken the Kundalini, the Fire of the Holy Spirit, because the Holy Spirit is the maker of Light.

Our Inner God has to invert the animal sexual current in order to transform it into Human. Because the animal nature is always related to multiplication, automatism, mechanicity etc.; the animal only utilizes the sexual energy to physically multiply, to create.

If we want to enter into the Human kingdom, we have to take advantage of that Solar Light (Christ) in order to make Light within our psyche, with the help of our God, by awakening the Fire of Kundalini; this is how we acquire the power to destroy the darkness within, step by step.

And God saw (when someone awakens the Kundalini, the Fire within) that the Light was good (for illumination).

The Kundalini, the Fire of the Holy Spirit, awakens, and goes up from earth to Heaven, from the coccyx to the brain. It starts in Yesod (in the microcosmic humanoid body), which is the sexual force, with which the Spirit of God is moving upon the face of the waters. This is the 9th sphere, Yesod that is in the centre of the earth, in Hell, where Dante finds Lucifer, the sexual potency. We have to steal the fire from Lucifer in order to make light within out interior darkness.

“Temptation is Fire; the triumph over temptation is Light.”

We must command the sexual force because the Spirit of God moves upon the face of the sexual waters.

And God divided the Light from the Darkness.

When we awaken the Fire of the Holy Spirit, the Kundalini, then a division between light and darkness occurs.

The Light gives us consciousness of our Heavens, the Gods, Masters, the astral, mental planes, etc.

The Darkness is our ego.

God makes that division or separation.

...And the evening and the morning were the first day...

We always start in the evening, in the darkness, and step by step we move towards the light.

We start from the base or foundation (Yesod) and work upwards.

The First Initiation of Major Mysteries is when the fire of Kundalini (the Holy Spirit) rises from the coccyx to the root of the nose in the physical body.

In each initiation, in each day of Genesis, we are losing part of our animal nature and gaining human nature.

What happens to the Monad? The Monad becomes transformed with all of that energy (Kundalini) that rises in the earth, in the physical body; it grants onto the Monad divine mighty powers.

Upon receiving this First Initiation, our Innermost, Gedulah or Chesed, Mercy, our particular Spirit, becomes united with Geburah, our Divine Soul, and then in the Heavens of the Sixth Dimension is celebrated the birth of a new Master. Simply, it is another Monad that is entering the current that leads to Nirvana. That Monad is a new born Master in Heaven; such Monad still is not born as a Master on earth.

The Buddhata of that initiated Monad has changed; the Buddhata has more capacity for helping others, because its Monad has already performed the First Day of Genesis within.

We have studied the First Day of Genesis in the light of Gnostic Kabbalah; this is in an intellectual spiritual way, but we have to perform it practically, through the internal initiation of Daath.

“The "Higher, or Upper Wisdom" of the six Cosmo-creators (Moon, Mercury, Venus, Sun, Mars, Jupiter in Briah), over which stands the Seventh Cosmocreator (Saturn, which is related with the Sephirah Binah, Jehovah Elohim in Daath), created the Heavens (the Monads) and (the Physical Body) the Earth.

And (because of the animal ego, the consciousness of the Physical Body or) the earth was without (human) form and void (of the Spirit), and darkness (absence of spiritual light) was upon the face of the (psychological) deep; and (nonetheless) the Spirit of God (or the Ruach Elohim of the Stellar Gods) was moving upon the face of the waters (of Sexuality).

And (during sexual transmutation, this Ruach Elohim of) God said: “Let there be light (within this psychological chaos of Malkuth); and there was (the) light (of Kundalini rising through the 33 vertebrae of the spinal column of the Physical Body). And (this Ruach Elohim of) God (internally) saw that the light (of Shekinah, the Divine Mother Kundalini) was good (for his Self-realization); and (this Ruach Elohim of) God separated the light (of our Divine Mother Kundalini) from the darkness (of the ego in Malkuth and placed it in Geburah, his Divine Consciousness).

And there was the evening (when one takes the solar light from the sun that sets in Yesod) and the morning (when the solar atoms of the sun rise towards the brain), the first (Initiatic) day.

And because God, the Monad separated the light or Wisdom of Christ from the darkness or ignorance of the Ego, the light shone exceedingly more in the darkness of the earth; and the darkness comprehended it not. Thus the light within the Monad said to its own Cosmic Ray:

A Normal Life Process

At some point in our lives, each of us faces the loss of someone or something dear to us. The grief that follows such a loss can seem unbearable, but grief is actually a healing process. Grief is the emotional suffering we feel after a loss of some kind. The death of a loved one, loss of a limb, even intense disappointment can cause grief. Dr. Elisabeth Kubler-Ross has named five stages of grief people go through following a serious loss. Sometimes people get stuck in one of the first four stages. Their lives can be painful until they move to the fifth stage - acceptance.

Five Stages Of Grief

Denial and Isolation.
At first, we tend to deny the loss has taken place, and may withdraw from our usual social contacts. This stage may last a few moments, or longer.

Anger.
The grieving person may then be furious at the person who inflicted the hurt (even if she's dead), or at the world, for letting it happen. He may be angry with himself for letting the event take place, even if, realistically, nothing could have stopped it.

Bargaining.
Now the grieving person may make bargains with God, asking, "If I do this, will you take away the loss?"

Depression.
The person feels numb, although anger and sadness may remain underneath.
Acceptance.

This is when the anger, sadness and mourning have tapered off. The person simply accepts the reality of the loss.

Grief And Stress
During grief, it is common to have many conflicting feelings. Sorrow, anger, loneliness, sadness, shame, anxiety, and guilt often accompany serious losses. Having so many strong feelings can be very stressful.

Yet denying the feelings, and failing to work through the five stages of grief, is harder on the body and mind than going through them. When people suggest "looking on the bright side," or other ways of cutting off difficult feelings, the grieving person may feel pressured to hide or deny these emotions. Then it will take longer for healing to take place.

Recovering From Grief
Grieving and its stresses pass more quickly, with good self-care habits. It helps to have a close circle of family or friends. It also helps to eat a balanced diet, drink enough non-alcoholic fluids, get exercise and rest.

Most people are unprepared for grief, since so often, tragedy strikes suddenly, without warning. If good self-care habits are always practiced, it helps the person to deal with the pain and shock of loss until acceptance is reached.

The Ordinary World

Here the person is introduced to the audience. S/he doesn't know her/his personal potential or calling.

Call to Adventure

The call to adventure is the point in a person's life when s/he is first given notice that everything is going to change, whether they know it or not.

Refusal of Call/Reluctant Hero

Often when the call is given, the future hero refuses to heed it. This may be from a sense of duty or obligation, fear, insecurity, a sense of inadequacy, or any of a range of reasons that work to hold the person in his or her current circumstances.

Meeting Wise Mentor

Once the hero has committed to the quest, consciously or unconsciously, his or her guide and magical helper appears, or becomes known.

The First Threshold

This is the point where the person actually crosses into the field of adventure, leaving the known limits of his or her world and venturing into an unknown and dangerous realm where the rules and limits are not known.

Tests, Allies and Enemies

The road of trials is a series of tests, tasks, or ordeals that the person must undergo to begin the transformation. Often the person fails one or more of these tests, which often occur in 3s.

Supreme Ordeal

This is sometimes described as the person's lowest point or darkest moment. The separation has been made between the old world and old self and the potential for a new world/self. By entering this stage, the person shows her/his willingness to make a change, to die and become a new person.

Revisiting the Mentor

The person revisits the teachings of an old mentor or meets and learns from a new mentor and subsequently returns to the path s/he started on.

Return with New Knowledge

The trick in returning is to retain the wisdom gained on the quest, to integrate that wisdom into a human life, and then maybe figure out how to share the wisdom with the rest of the world. This is usually extremely difficult. Just as the hero may need guides and assistants to set out on the quest, often times he or she must have powerful guides and rescuers to bring them back to everyday life, especially if the person has been wounded or weakened by the experience.

Seizing the Sword (or Prize)

Here the hero confronts and defeats old enemies with the new power and knowledge gained. S/he is able to overthrow or defeat the opponent.

Resurrection

The old self dies physically or spiritually and moves beyond the normal human state. This is a god-like state where the hero acknowledges her/his new stature. Another way of looking at this step is that it is a period of rest, peace and fulfillment before the hero begins the return.

Return with Elixir*

The return with elixir is the achievement of the goal of the quest. It is what the person went on the journey to get. All the previous steps serve to prepare and purify the person for this step, since in many myths the elixir is like a plant, or a magic potion or medicine, that supplies immortality. For a human hero, it means achieving a balance between material and spiritual world. There is freedom to live and freedom from the fear of death. This is sometimes referred to as "living in the moment".

Anthropocentrism

"Anthropocentrism" means human chauvinism. Similar to sexism, but substitute "human race" for "man" and "all other species" for "woman." Human chauvinism, the idea that humans are the crown of creation, the source of all value, the measure of all things, is deeply embedded in our culture and consciousness.

"And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the air, and upon all that moveth on the earth, and upon all the fishes of the sea; into your hands they are delivered." 1

When humans investigate and see through their layers of anthropocentric self-cherishing, a most profound change in consciousness begins to take place. Alienation subsides. The human is no longer an outside, apart. Your humanness is then recognized as being merely the most recent stage of your existence, and as you stop identifying exclusively with this chapter, you start to get in touch with yourself as mammal, as vertebrate, as a species only recently emerged from the rainforest. As the fog of amnesia disperses, there is a transformation in your relationship to other species, and in your commitment to them.

What is described here should not be seen as merely intellectual. The intellect is one entry point to the process outlined, and the easiest one to communicate. For some people, however, this change of perspective follows from actions on behalf of mother Earth.

"I am protecting the rainforest" develops into "I am part of the rainforest protecting myself. I am that part of the rainforest recently emerged into thinking."

What a relief then! The thousands of years of imagined separation are over and we begin to recall our true nature. That is, the change is a spiritual one, thinking like a mountain 2 , sometimes referred to as "deep ecology."

As your memory improves, as the implications of evolution and ecology are internalized and replace the outmoded anthropocentric structures in your mind, there is an identification with all life. Then follows the realization that the distinction between "life" and "lifeless" is a human construct.

Every atom in this body existed before organic life emerged 4,000 million years ago. Remember our childhood as minerals, as lava, as rocks?

Rocks contain the potentiality to weave themselves into such stuff as this. We are the rocks dancing. Why do we look down on them with such a condescending air? It is they that are the immortal part of us. 3 .

If we embark upon such an inner voyage, we may find, upon returning to contemporary consensus reality, that our actions on behalf of the environment are purified and strengthened by the experience.

We have found here a level of our being that moth, rust, nuclear holocaust or destruction of the rainforest gene pool do not corrupt. The commitment to save the world is not decreased by the new perspective,although the fear and anxiety which were part of our motivation start to dissipate and are replaced by a certain disinterestedness. We act because life is the only game in town, but actions from a disinterested, less attached consciousness may be more effective.

Activists often don't have much time for meditation. The disinterested space we find here may be similar to meditation. Some teachers of meditation are embracing deep ecology 4 and vice versa. 5 .

Of all the species that have ever existed, it is estimated that less than one in a hundred exist today. The rest are extinct. As environment changes, any species that is unable to adapt, to change, to evolve, is extinguished. All evolution takes place in this fashion. In this way an oxygen-starved fish, ancestor of yours and mine, commenced to colonize the land. Threat of extinction is the potter's hand that molds all the forms of life.

The human species is one of millions threatened by imminent extinction through nuclear war and other environmental changes. And while it is true that the "human nature" revealed by 12,000 years of written history does not offer much hope that we can change our warlike, greedy, ignorant ways, the vastly longer fossil history assures us that we can change. We are that fish, and the myriad other death-defying feats of flexibility which a study of evolution reveals to us. A certain confidence (in spite of our recent "humanity") is warranted.

From this point of view, the threat of extinction appears as the invitation to change, to evolve. After a brief respite from the potter's hand, here we are back on the wheel again. The change that is required of us is not some new resistance to radiation, but a change in consciousness. Deep ecology is the search for a viable consciousness.

Surely consciousness emerged and evolved according to the same laws as everything else - molded by environmental pressures. In the recent past, when faced with intolerable environmental pressures, the mind of our ancestors must time and again have been forced to transcend itself.

To survive our current environmental pressures, we must consciously remember our evolutionary and ecological inheritance. We must learn to think like a mountain.

If we are to be open to evolving a new consciousness, we must fully face up to our impending extinction (the ultimate environmental pressure). This means acknowledging that part of us which shies away from the truth, hides in intoxication or busyness from the despair of the human, whose 4,000 million year race is run, whose organic life is a mere hair's breadth from finished. 6 .

A biocentric perspective, the realization that rocks will dance, and that roots go deeper than 4,000 million years, may give us the courage to face despair and break through to a more viable consciousness, one that is sustainable and in harmony with life again.

"Protecting something as wide as this planet is still an abstraction for many. Yet I see the day in our own lifetime that reverence for the natural systems - the oceans, the rainforests, the soil, the grasslands, and all other living things - will be so strong that no narrow ideology based upon politics or economics will overcome it." 7 .

The term "deep ecology" was coined by the Norwegian professor of Philosophy and eco-activist Arne Naess, and has been taken up by academics and environmentalists in Europe, the U.S., and Australia. Arne Naess puts it this way:

"The essence of deep ecology is to ask deeper questions... We ask which society, which education, which form of religion is beneficial to all life on the planet as a whole." 8 .

On January 11, 1992 over 144,000 people gathered together in groups large and small throughout the planet and opened the Doorway of the 11:11.
This activation was unique in that a series of Unified Movements and Sacred Dances were performed at three preordained times. The participants wore white to symbolize the purity of our inherent Oneness.

There were two Master Cylinders for the 11:11 Activation which served as the stabilization pinions for the Wheels within Wheels Unified Movements. Energies of a New Time

We live in a world that is dark and shadowy filled with smoke. There is so much to navigate in a short space of a lifetime. We are born into a life with quiet remembrances of our true essence and the veils of life. From the beginning our clarity fades into a silent darkness where each step is a vague direction in an uncertain path leading a blind journey.

The end of the world happened with the new millennium. The silent death is slipping into the darkness. Though some fighting this lose and others are blind to the circumstance. With death comes life, the cycle of this dimension. All is energy from the beginning to the end. The energy of life is neither created nor destroyed. Our energies of life are never lost, but instead only changed from one thing to another.

The 21st century is the beginning of the end. This means that as the end goes, a vacuum is created for the new. We have been creating this new time. Each step takes us to the next. Some live in fear of loss and others embrace this time with expectant possibilities. All create the painted picture of life and all we experience within this time and space.

The process of changing one to another is made up of the passing of time and the steps along the way to change what was into what will be. Many factors influence this change. Many are in our control and many are not. We live in a confused time over what each of these truly is. Slowly we are waking up to uncover the truth. Our truth is unique unto our own journey, our superposition that no one else will ever completely understand. Our truth is for no other and their truth is not for ours elves. When we open our eyes and see the world from the depths of our soul the path becomes more and more clear. We realize things that were hidden from us before. The matrix reveals truths and messages that guide each step of our journey.

The awakening and unveiling in this time of the zeropoint of 2012 from one step to the other is a progression and growth of our soul. Be not concerned with the other. They will see what they need to see in order to navigate their own end. That is not of your concern. Draw your lines and be clear. Know your own truth and stay the course.

Our own job is our own concern. Focus on how we see what we see, what we do when we have to choose and keep the purest essence of our own being. Decide what is right for our own focus, growth, expansion and movement through this time. The ways of the past do not matter and will fade with time. Let them be and do not let them steal our attention. They only have influence and power over us if we feed the shadow and get lost in the frenzied spin!

This last time period has been one to awaken to the information we have lost and start to remember the calling of our hearts. Hear the messages of the heart and look for the natural rhythm within our own lives. We are coming into a new time of truly healing ‘the ails’ of the past. Like giving birth the discomfort motivates us to embrace the harsh pains of labor to bring forth new life. Our success in only in our ability to stay focused, breathe and let go of all that pains us. The spiraling out of control of fear defeat, loss, pain and failure creates our own destruction.

We have been through tough times before. Many times we have been lost in the dark to wake up to the false reality of our illusions. Our initial onslaught of our own dysfunction, ignorance, self allowing isolation, deception and failure has kept us alienated from our true selves and our unlimited possibilities. Slowly we are shedding all that ‘the ails’ us and has prevented our wholeness and wellbeing in the past. This is a new time. We are here to heal and bring our wholeness into full being.

The next step is embracing the truth we have the power over our healing and our own wellbeing. A long conditioning from the outside world has robed our selves from the understanding that we are sovereign and capable of health, wealth and happiness. We have given the power of to control our own fates. This is no more that keeps us from our selves. We are the MORE. The questioning and the realization of MORE have crossed the threshold to bring forth this new time and this new way of being.

We are energetic beings that are multidimensional in nature. We have the capacity to reach through the quantum into the essence of our being. Our development, growth and expansion are not linear and locked into this time or space. We are not confined by current knowledge, understanding and beliefs.

We are MORE and we are pulling ourselves together to heal. This healing will bring our fullest of potentials into being. This will allow our lights to shine fully into the darkness of this time. This enlightening will brighten our future and bring forth the greatest of creation.

Finding our Center Point

What is so important about finding a center point and understanding the Golden Mean? We have lived in a time that has divided upon itself and broken life into different pieces. We have lost the connected essence of the perfection of life. We feel less than and incomplete. We are a fallen world living in darkness. Where is the restoration and the healing of our souls to the fullness of being. There is a spark in the darkness, but what is the key to unlocking all that is possible to open the floodgates of true life.

Activation of our essence is amplified through our crystalline being. We are in our very nature energetic light beings. Each of us holds the full spectrum of light. We contain the lowest to highest frequencies. We decide if we emote harmonious frequencies that resonate our highest potentials or the lowest and slowest frequencies that our out of tune with our truest of essence.

Our superposition in this fractal of existence is one that pierces this dimension and allows our unique light to shine through. This existence is perfect with its complete nature to fulfill the expression in this piercing of time and space. Our created sacred contracts are activated to live in our fullness of our being and navigate our individual lives to experience the color of life.

Our world has been resonating a low out of tune key that has been rising and harmonizing. The raging times are the tone deafness we have been experiencing. This division is a dark, shaded, out of balance state. Our awakening to the turbulent times is allowing choices to bring back our fullness of harmonies. This new alignment creates the fullest beauty. We are now turning to a time of moving beyond the current accepted knowledge to embrace our restoration into the fullness of life and the fullness of self. This self healing is part of the evolution of our conscious growth.

These concepts are no longer just a ‘new age’ phenomenon. They are being embraced across disciplines that are on the fringe of current truth and knowledge. All understandings are converging on a common point, a center point, also known as the zeropoint.

Embracing the time and seeing beyond the limitations have laid the path to release the bonds of the past and bring forth the powers to cleanse and clear the blockages of our soul and our world. These steps allow us to make choices to provide our beings with richer experiences, more profound vital nourishments and resources that restore our capacities. By no longer accepting ‘what was’ we have created the new ‘what is.’ This is layering of all that ‘will be.’

Realizing the interconnected nature of all existence is changing our vision of this existence. The foundational elements and the quantum connections are energizing our abilities to move beyond the once believed limitation. This expanding process is leaping us forward into untold realms. Life will not be changed with our mind of today, but instead by embracing the changing times, we are creating the minds, tools and ways that will bring in this newness of life.

Realizing beyond the limited knowledge to embrace the newness of knowledge to reach the truest of understandings, we can amplify and activate our highest abilities. The navigation of this information is found by listening to our inner guidance and opening ourselves to see the path before us. Fine tuning and balancing while cleaning and clearing keeps the free flowing opportunities and abilities optimized. This time is to ramp up our operating systems and expand our guidance and abilities to move through the confines of this time and space.

Understanding that through our higher vibrational frequencies and our unique super position of our fractal locations, this process can spring boarded. Utilizing the crystalline essence of our beings and the crystalline essence of our world, we amplify the effects of our harmonic resonance. The symbiotic relationship taps into these energies and sharing these energies expands, transmutes and refracts our efforts.

The fluid, quantum, connected, multidimensional, amplified being allows for the unfoldment of our truest and highest potentialities.

Countdown to Zeropoint

Many people call this time many things. Why is this time named? What is so important anyway? Is our head buried in the sand? I see nothing so why be concerned? Why shouldn’t we just let the 'experts' decide our fate and hope for the best? Life is beautiful, so what are you talking about? There are many questions and many more answers.Obviously things are more intense today, at least for us. Our world not so long ago was so small and life was so distant from each other. Today's world is now available 'live in real time' for any amazing or disastrous event that takes place.With so much information out there and such a wide variety of 'experts' to listen to about what is really going on... what do we do? How do we know? What is truth? What is real? Who is right?Each of us wants to live the best life possible and enjoy all that we do. We all want more for our families. We want to share life and feel we are making fruitful contributions to those we care about.Life is filled with decisions and choice. Sometimes we get to choose what disasters we can live with, and what things are worth risking. Sometimes we do not. Some of us are given a choice and other is not. We cannot always control the outside world. Sometimes others have power over our lives. We all do WANT the power over where we live and the life we create. We all long to have what we need when we need it. NONE of us want to suffer disasters that turn our lives upside down.With 2012 around the corner and movies like 2012 The Movie is coming out in November, there is tons of hype about what 2012 actually means. Just Google 2012 and see for yourself. Like all our movies of the past that have sent us to theatres in waves, but don't let them create fear in our hearts and make unnecessary preparations for inescapable looming disasters. Enjoy the movie for what it is and then… take a step back and see the big picture (literally). We had Independence Day, Armageddon, Day After Tomorrow and all the others that have shown us one possibility out of an endless supply of possibilities.
Don’t just brush this opportunity off as just another Hollywood production. Realize that there is more than the superficial 'shock and awe' of these films. There are deeper meanings and truths we can take from these films that can speak to our lives and what we do. Don't just watch them and live in fear. Don't just watch them and say that's impossible. Enjoy the film and listen to that voice that lives deep inside your being. What is the real message? What is important to us and our life?

Hopefully any event that comes into our lives raises question to what everything means. The date December 21, 2012 will come and go. There is a countdown. We are reaching the zeropoint of this time. The perfect spiral of golden mean is spinning in on itself and life is speeding up faster and faster.

So question and find what is real in our life.What is living a good life? The best is to live life and be ready to act for any event so the happiness and norm of our life is not disrupted. Part of keeping this equilibrium is defined by who we are and what we do. We live. We plan to live better. We share. We learn and grow. We love. We enjoying being and doing all that this life offers us.What is being ready for this time of 2012 and being prepared for the zeropoint? What is going to happen? How do we have what we need when we need it?

When we do not know what is coming our way, we can be spun into a frenzy and lose our bearings. This off balance approach can cause death, disruption and loss. Actually, the answer is so simple, and we have all we need. Let’s start with the real question.So how do you live the fullest life and be ready without losing ourselves in fear and doubt no matter what life brings? What keeps our life fresh and full and ALIVE? How do we live our fullest potentials with no regrets? These are real questions facing our time and any time.

The real answers can only be found deep within each of us. We will never find the answers scattered on the wind or any others hands. They are only within our being as the gentle whispers echoing from the essence of our soul. Only those who hear the call will be ready. They will know the answers. They will face all standing talk knowing what to do. The answer for one will never be the answer for another. The truths are simple, but they are to be discovered individually for each of our own lives.

Higher Crystalline Wholeness

The ultimate is finding peace, a peace no matter what happens. This is not living without passion but living in faith through our passion. Finding this peace is through living within a personal relationship with our higher being, our higher self, our God. Through this connection we understand and know our connection to all else. The ability to live within all and with all, create a new way of being allowing the ebb and flow of life to run through our essence and out into our expression.

The key is ‘believing, knowing and having real faith’ that there is MORE. What is God we all ask? We want to pin down a definition. That is a loaded question that has and will be debated forever. Ultimately, it’s realizing that each of us are unique and from our own superposition, we experience and express ourselves differently from all else. There is no one right way that fits all, but there is a perfect right way for each one of us. THAT is the key, finding our truest path to our highest self. Therefore, our relationship with this MORE, our so called GOD is unique and personal to itself. No one person can find that for another.Let’s keep it simple, in life there is MORE. This more is ALL. That what we experience in this world is not ‘all that is,’ only a portion, our limited portion that is unique unto our selves. We might not be able to define the ‘MORE’ of life for ourselves or for anyone else, but we realize that THIS, our 3D, material, linear world traveling through time and space is not just all there is. In life there is MORE. By knowing there is more, the more expands.Sometimes it is nice to say ‘this is it’ and nothing really matters. This gives us a ‘free license’ to do the horrible things that man does to man. It’s easy to say that ‘it’s not my fault’ I was just following another; I had no choice; they made me do it; and what else could I do. That allows us to rationalize ‘what we are doing’ and blame other for our own personal actions.

When we open our eyes and realize that we are connected to all is, makes us realize that we are connected to everything. Our world is a reflection of our selves. Our enemy that we hate is actually the part of us that we do not want to look at. By hating them, we hate our selves. By destroying them, we destroy ourselves. By doing harm to others, we harm our selves.

When we reach down and embrace that through our differences, we come from the same MORE and are connected. When we open our look out into our world we see the reflection of our essence. These visions give us the opportunity to challenge ourselves, our beliefs, our actions and how we experience and express ourselves in this time and space.

Just because our arm is our arm and not our leg, does not mean we have to cut it off. We need our arm in its beauty to do what arms do. Just as we need our head, our heart, our leg and all that makes us who we are.

The dis-ease of our world right now is that we are separate and that we need to poison or kill all that is not as we believe it should be. All that is gives the color to our world and shapes our experience in this world. Together we create a richness and depth. When we have cleared all that blocks ourselves from our purest expression we are the rain bow after the cleansing rain. The different aspects of the spectrum allow for the brilliance to shine through.

The goal is not that one is right or wrong. The goal is not to kill, cut off or get rid of that which we do not think is right. The goal is to embrace that together we are all. Together we bring more to this world. Together our lights shine the fullest of spectrum giving color, radiance and beauty to this creation. Darkness is just the lack of light. We do not have to cut off the darkness. We do not have to kill the darkness. We do not have to attack the darkness. All we have to do is shine. Bring forth our brightest light and the rest will be illuminated.

We are one. Together we bring forth what we are. If we want to be dark, we will bring forth darkness. If we want to be light, we will bring forth light. Being dark will never bring light. Only being light will bring light. This is the only true way.

Working with the Highest Nature

People look in life and think we have lost the best of the past. People look in life and see today as the advancement beyond all the darkness of the past. Each has their viewpoint of what was and what is now. This defines what will be. In current times we do not see the connected nature of all of existence. Our culture has divided all into separate, unrelated boxes with no interconnections. We believe that this separateness is the best for our advancement and is the healthiest way to exist. We are selling ourselves short.

Living in a time where we have grown so fast and there is so much information, life has been hard to string all the current new discoveries together. We believe that we are of this world and limited by this world. We have lost our ancient origins and our deep understandings into the mysteries of life.

Only now with the higher energies shifting through our beings are we remembering and relearning what we have forgotten collectively as a people. We are waking up. We know that the more that has been tugging at our soul is taking us to a new place. We believe that this is a natural progression. There is a logical and rational sequence. We do not want to step out until our minds are satisfied with proven understanding that what is being whispered within our soul is real. We want a step by step laid out plan that seems plausible. We want others to confirm where we are and where we are going. We long for the support that we are right and all is well. We do not want to step out into something that seems so unreal.

The problem is that our old mind is trying to overlay the new way with old ways. Our old habits are challenging the new callings. How we live and operate during this new time will not look like the days gone past. The leaps in understanding and abilities will soar beyond all we can imagine. Our old mind cannot rap around what will be. We are due for an upgrade and the old system will crash and burn. There is no way to operate without moving into the newest wiring. Life will no longer be linear, logical and flat. The material 3D world is going multidimensional. This quantum existence with expand beyond any comprehension. One will poke through all understandings to grab things that are beyond all comprehension. This quantum tunneling will alter the progress, growth and expansion in ways that would blow our current minds.

All the limits we realize today will melt away. A new time with a new way is here. Those wired with soar. Those not will crash. There is no stopping this era from being.

To work with this new system will be to fine tune to the purest harmonic balance. The multidimensional quantum nature will soar into the depths and reach beyond all to embrace the ultimate. How does this translate? My mind’s eye has shown me for 20 years, yet the limitations of now have kept my vision from being shared. There are no words. My mind sees this Multidimensional Quantum Development. I see pieces in every expression through our existence. If there was a way to overlay all that is together and bring it to its fullest form, that would be this New Era, the New Civilization.

The powers that BE who have ruled the earth for too long, cannot touch what we hold in our hands, minds and our hearts. It’s beyond all and like in the movie, The Matrix makes all obsolete.

Focus on living to our purest and fullest potentials and let the rest wash away.

Grounding into our Depths

Being ready is being grounded in who we are and why we are alive. This is embracing that we are responsible for our own actions, no matter the circumstance. This is taking our motivators from the external to the internal. This is embracing that no matter what is going on outside of our being, we ultimately are completely responsible for all that we chose to do in this life. Accept that truly the outer circumstances, no matter how crazy does not decide our ultimate decisions. We make the choice, PERIOD. If circumstances were different maybe we would never have made that particular choice, but give what we are confronted with and the options we see at hand, firmly, that is what we decided to do.Being grounded is living for today embracing our past and forecasting our own future. That involves some sort of resolution for past events and some sort of hope and faith for future events. The balance can be challenging. Today depends deeply on our current perspective of the past and future and ultimately the now. Our shaded viewpoint will create all our tomorrows. When we go deep our footing is on stronger ground.The good news is when we decide to embrace living more, doing more and being more, we actually see more. We are more deeply grounded and we soar higher. We become clearer not only in our vision, but our processing and our actions from that processing. Life is all encompassing. The strategies we determine from the give set of opportunities spring board our path in one direction or another.

When we close our eyes, lock out all the ‘stuff’ we do not want to see to emerge our selves in the ever changing ebb and flow of life, we are set adrift and left to the conclusions of others. We become lost, alone and scared in our deepest darkest despair.

The choice is ours and don't be deceived that we are not making those choices. We are. We choose who we listen to, who we surround ourselves with, what we believe, what we do with what we have, the compromise we make and all the sacrifices throughout our life. So much is determined by the choices we are making every moment with our eyes open or closed.The concern is that we have become numb, lost, confused, dumbed down, drugged, hopeless, depressed, angry and so many more 'excuses' that we prop up as all the reasons why we do not try any longer and why we cannot make a difference in all we see or choose not to see. We shelter ourselves from the things we don't want to look at, and we put ‘things’ between the hard choices we know we need to make. We deceive ourselves by saying ‘we are doing enough,’ or ‘it doesn't matter,’ or even ‘what is the point.’ If we don't like something and it makes us feel bad, we don't make the hard choices to rectify the situation. Actually we tend to just shift our vision so we no longer have to look at it any more. Once again, we lock another skeleton in the closet and live in the shadows.This is our life. We create the illusion we live in. We can hide in shadowland fearing the exposure by the light, or we can embrace an authentic life and clear away all that keeps us from the depths of a real life. I believe that each of us truly do want a REAL life that is full of the things we love. Hiding from our personal shadow and pretending that there is not a collective shadow only causes a rip in our souls. Each of us has the complete spectrum of good to bad. We are the alpha and the omega. We do not have to give in to the worst of our beings. We have the choice to choose the best. Our base self is a lower frequency that causes the whole collective frequency to come down. The lower frequencies are easier and feel better in the short term, but ultimately it’s not true to the essence of our complete being.

By embracing our dark side, our shadow, we are freed from its controlling effect. We do not have to be chained and held back from our highest of potentials.I see this time, the 2012 as a shift. This is not the end. Most likely like all times, a chance to change the direction of the world. In the past our world has been isolated to small pockets. Now our world is larger. The difference is that there is a convergence across the spectrum of life that is emerging on this single point, the zeropoint. The choice is up to each of us where we go from here. The future of mankind.This time is the chance to change the worst of what we see to the better. By embracing and facing all the things that we fear, we overcome. Clean out the old cobwebs, the dust, the dirt, the skeletons and all the baggage that burdens our soul. Open the windows and let the light and fresh air in. Allow the breeze and the sunlight to enliven the darkness of our souls and bring forth new opportunities.A storm is opposing masses coming together and clashing. We have lived in the darkness for too long. The divisions in our world are a reflection of the divisions within our selves. They run deep and are dark. This is a time to open the windows and confront the looming devastation. Realize that this time is the best time, a time for new beginning filled with so much opportunity. The light of day brings growth and abundance. Who does not love a fresh spring morning? We can only have those wonderful flowers after the rain. Floods give way to ‘a newness’ after all is cleared. Storms rage until they reach a peace and the ability to exist in harmony.So with all that is raging or all that seems quiet, the time is to go deep within ourselves and find the eye of the storm. Reach as far down as possible and build a clean and clear foundation within our being. Stretch high into the far reaches to embrace all that can be. Allow all that is outside to spin out of control and bounce right off our protected self. Keep true to all that is us and let the rest go. Take full responsibility for all that is ours to own and let the rest go. Breathe.Realize that we are in this world and not of this world. There is MORE. Your more is different than my more, but our mores create the beauty of the rainbow, the full light spectrum. My more does not make your more less. When my more is in its fullest of glory the light only shines brighter, and yours will as well. My light does not put your light into the darkness. Our lights together enlighten the world.

Embracing our Highest Potentiality

So what is 2012? The details do not really matter.

What really matters that it is a time that gives us the opportunity to reach beyond ‘all that is’ and create MORE than ‘what we see.’

This is not the end of the world.

This is a time to start a new beginning and to embrace a new way. It is new time and a new life.

2012 is a metaphor. This is a New Metaphor for our life. 2012 is a test to find our truest selves and to live into our fullest potentials.

My story is not your story.

My way is not your way.

No longer do we have to be divided by our dualistic, linear, old vision that limits our possibilities. We can and will move beyond this false 3D construct and see the 'spoon is not the spoon.' We now realize that 'matrix is not real'.

What is real is the MORE.

The more that defines the depths of our souls, and all possibilities within this time and space.Embracing our highest potentiality is being the fullest and best version of our selves.

Being in this new time is realizing ‘what we see today’ is not ‘all that is.’ There is MORE.

So look for MORE and see MORE.

Surviving is moving beyond all that keeps us bound, the fear there is no more.

Face and clear the past. Unlock the scarcity of the future. Live into the fullness of our highest and best potential. Listen for the more and live with the more.

Release all that has kept us from our truest essence. Live right now to THRIVE RIGHT NOW! There is no more waiting. We are here; we have all we need; this is our life and our opportunity. No one or thing can keep us from our fullest being. We are the only thing keeping our selves from our purest essence.

We ARE! There is so much MORE. Embrace all that YOU REALLY ARE and expand from there! Shine into our fullest and brightest selves. Breathe, focus and BE MORE!

How We Can Lead Others in the Health Care Revolution

This means, about $20 billion a year is spent on disseminating misinformation!

We want to counter this dangerous propaganda by increasing awareness about appropriate drug use, and we'll do this by specifically targeting three types of drugs:

Statins (cholesterol-lowering medications)
Hypoglycemic drugs (diabetic medications)
Antidepressants and antipsychotic drugs
Other areas we want to focus attention on is the elimination of toxins in your environment -- toxins like fluoride and mercury rank high on that list. This is the 21st Century, and we simply must get people up to speed on these poisons so we can begin eliminating them. This requires educating everyone we know and raising awareness.

This is a time when we are facing all the open wounds of the past. There are many choices before us. We can run, we can hide or we can walk through the fire.

My prayers and blessings go to those who hear the call and see the time at hand. The experiences we are facing are our test. Can we stand the fire and move towards the journey we are here to live. The fire is here to define where we are and how well we can deal with all that is thrown at us. Can we keep our soul, our love and our right actions. Can we still be who we truly are even when the world is screaming for us to turn to hate, pain and anger.

There is no one one... the focus needs to be on love... on compassion... on living into our selves no matter what this time and place throws our way. We are more than this... we have the power to move beyond all that keeps us bound.

THEY are not doing this... we are doing this to help our own being stretch beyond the limits to find our truest of selves. When we only see the THEY as the cause and trying to make THEM stop... we fail.

The test is that eventhough there is a they... we embrace our selves and become more rooted in our very essence.

This time is not a storm... but instead a dance. Live into your own experience and expression not with anger, pain and exhausion. Move beyond that into a state of GRACE... embrace that our experience is here to teach us more about ourselves and grow us to a new level!

Each moment we are given a chance to be more... more of who we really are... do more than we are currently doing... create beyond our own imaginations...

All we have to do is see beyond the limited illusions before our eyes and believe... trust... know... and live into our very being!

We are not victoms... God give us strength to find our way in the darkness... give us strength not to hurt others that are struggling with their own path and can not find their way... give us love and compassion to see that we are not called to FIGHT and CONTROL all that we see... that is the TEST... we are called to forgive... to love... to move into a new way of being that will encompass all that we see... to hate only means we hate ourselves... to be angry only means that we are angry at ourselves... to try to control others only means that we can not control our selves... this is a time of reflection and living into our best being.

Embrace that fact our suffering is part of our experience to bring us closer to who we are and why we are here.

Hold strong and stay connected at your core... That is your central comand post... Live in your love... even when it hurts or its hard... take a breath or totally change what you are doing... find your self and your love.

Remember your suffering can hurt those around you... is that part of your journey... to inflict pain. This isnt about others. Its about ourselves. Take ownership. There is only one that can lift us up. Stop looking to the outside for a crutch to support us... we have to learn to stand on our own two feet. It is not the job of anyone else. We are not here to drink our worries away... fight our worries away... hate our worries away... escape into a variety of culturally acceptable options while our opportunities to live into our being slips into nothingness.

STAY ROOTED.

FIND THE LOVE IN YOUR OWN HEART.

Here is part of a newsletter that I received. Listed below are some universal concerns facing many people. This is a very interesting list. One thing is that we are not alone in our feelings of why things do not turn out the way we want them. The goal is to move beyond our limitations and actually reach our potentials.

The most common frustrations people experience when trying to attract what they want into their lives utilizing Law of Attraction principles.

We recieved over 6,000 answers, and they were very enlightening.

I wanted to give you an idea of the sorts of topics that were prevelant in the responses:

1. FOCUS - The ability (or inability) to remain focused on your goal in the midst of "real life"
and other distractions.

2. IDENTIFYING TRUE DESIRES - Many people are struggling with actually knowing what it is they really want (this is a very common issue...)

3. LIMITING BELIEFS - This was HUGE, though no surprise. People are literally saturated with beliefs that they realize do not serve them, and ridding themselves of these beliefs is something people really want to know how to do.

4. NEGATIVE THOUGHTS - Much like limiting beliefs, negative thoughts keep a person in a vibration that does not resonate with what they truly want.

5. MONEY - Probably self-explanatory, but people really want to attract money, and are feeling quite challenged in this area.

6. The NEED TO KNOW - Having to know HOW things will get done, and WHEN things will happen is really slowing people down.

7. DOING IT RIGHT - So many people are so caught up in "doing this law of attraction thing RIGHT" that they get stuck in a state of inaction.

8. TAKING ACTION - This is such an important piece of the process, but again - this is something people either aren't doing, or something people are second-guessing...

9. NEED - For whatever reason, many people feel they NEED to attract something, and this sense of need, really translates into a vibration of "lack" and keeps a person in a state of attration that will only serve to perpetuate that need...

In these difficult times of heavy change, how can we follow our hearts to make them sing, work together in harmony and connect with each other in a real way?

First may I say what a tremendous moment and honor this is to be able to respond to this question? It is my purpose here.

Children of Light come as unique as the person sitting next to you. As you can tell, I am quite unique. Many people tend to look at me and only see the physical. What they do not see is the wholeness of me; Body, Mind and Spirit. I say this because once people get past the fascination of how I communicate using an Alphabet Board, and the physical uniqueness of me, you can then HEAR the message.

Children of Light have been working behind the scenes. Today we are being exposed Centre Stage. To explain more, crystallines are here to heal the planet. Perhaps there has never been a time in history, where the planet Earth is so in need of healing with escalation of events such as Tsunami, Floods, Hurricanes, pollution, election between leaders and illusion of separation . Our arrival here is in exact timing for the Earth’s transition into light and love. Just as the real life movie has many characters, there are also many types of Indigo’s. Indigos, crystals and other super conscious children, all tend to have one main Plot which is to assist with times of heavy change…to assist with the earth’s ascension.

You see, I am a being of light. When I speak for myself, I speak for many. We are all INDIGO or Crystal to a certain extent… some more fully realized than others. We are here with incredible Gifts to honor this earth and its’ people. When the earth feels honored with exquisite love received from its’ people, it will take us to a new level.

That is where we come in. We are here to teach lessons in love and honor.

We are here to bring love directly into the hearts of people so they remember their purpose. As each of us grow in purpose, as each of us grow in response to this purpose--our hearts sing a universal song of Rejoice, Rejoice, Rejoice.

As we watch this movie of Life, watch for a theme of love and healing woven through its’ entirety. The coming of this movie opens the biggest door for all of you to walk through. Once the door is open, we ask you to consider this question:

How can I become more like the unconditional love we all need to receive?

What I really want you to get and understand is that when we proclaim our love for One thing, we are proclaiming our love for ALL things.

There is no division. There is no separation.

WE are a universe with a soul purpose for loving all creation as ONE.

In this, we find consecrated unity of purpose. In this, we find harmony like bees working together in a hive with a cohesive unity of purpose. So go and let your hearts sing. Hold hands and join hearts while we read this book Conversations with the Children of Now.

We must learn to open our Hearts in all situations no matter how dishonorable. To do this breathe life into your heart! First, imagine or remember a time when you can feel the love you have felt in receiving unconditional love. Take a deep breath and inhale inspired air into aortic ventricles. Feel the new air come in, hold and remember the experience of unconditional love…give it a color. Now exhale and release unwanted energy.

Repeat 5x/day for 20 days and any time you need to experience it. At the end of day 20, you will now be manifesting love more readily through Heart Chakra.

Our Soul Purpose

To the divine presence in all of us, know that we are moving on in our healing journey and bringing light to all of those in our path. Light of love will shine so bright, followers will feel pure joy. Once this happens the world will become one in body, mind and spirit.

Transcendence into light and love is the soul purpose here of the earth.

We are not here for our own purpose, don’t you see, we are here for the universal purpose? Once our spiritual path is defined, we are to follow it to contribute to the whole. This is the universe unfolding into itself…this is the moment of creation re-defined.

We all as a collective are responsible for this unfolding. Each of us…no one escapes this contribution. So you see, meditation and spiritual practices keep us aligned with this purpose. Then our lives feel in synchrony and not disharmony. Disharmony meaning loss of meaning and direction, not a peace within.

Inner peace and harmony need to exist, before world peace exists. Nonetheless, both are plausible and achievable brought about by inner light.

Listen to your own inner message about what feels right…joy and light or sorrow and darkness. Pay close attention to your inner dialogue as it struggles with this change.

As a bringer of light and love, I and all the other super conscious children of the world will assist you in this movement.

Through staying tuned in, you help all of this to happen.

Personally, I realize that my children are very different than the mainstream. Powerful, insightful and faced with a distinct challenge. I believe that what in life is the hardest for us to deal with... what we fear most... what challenges us... what we avoid... what angers us... becomes our greatest gift once we embrace it... grow through it... we are stronger... happier... and filled with so much... light... love... empowerment... purpose... joy... direction... stronghold on self or being or life...

Their hardest part of life right now is not the challenges of their gift and being in this world ... but the isolation and not being understood in this new energy. I hope that this place can be one to spark light, share support and bring hope to those that are forging new paths in this world.

I know that my upbringing encourages me to act, judge, see and be one way... and my spirit encourages me another. Take a higher perspective. My one daughter has a broken heart. The valve to pump her blood (her life force) is in the middle of the muscle resulting in blood being forced both direction. We have tried to heal her heart for eight years... and we see this as literally a spiritual struggle. She is walking between the old and the new. She embraces and embodies both deeply within her soul. She has so much power and so much potential. Her depths are untold. She in the old world would be beaten, locked up and drugged. Right now I am being patient and filling her with love... even through her darkest moments. My eldest daughter (12) has the biggest heart, is an empath, healer and teacher. She has to learn how to control her energy... she is too sensative ... a gift that if she masters will serve her well. She is very powerful... a gift if she masters will serve her well. She has to learn to walk in this world without having the world knock her off her feet. In life... people would bully her... make her feel bad. She would lock herself in a box.

Like any children... they want their spirits free... but the gifts of the new time are more powerful... and need to learn how to control, use and live with them.

May this place be a safe haven for those who are looking for love, guidance, support and a place to share who they are and all that they can be...

Let your light shine... shine... shine... we need all the light within this world in this time..

I have had a vision in my head since I was a very young child. Working with horses in nature helped me to sharpen my view and understand the vibrational connection between all the universe. Science and math has always spoken to me in such a clear way. My vision is like Charlie Epps in Numbers. I see MQD play out in life in all that we do. When we take on a different perspective than we have been taught the universal language opens and our eyes see so much more beyond the limiting material words that keep us confined. This video in its movement and relatedness shares part of what I see everyday in all that I do.

Bottom line.

When we know ourselves, balance our being and our lives with what we truly believe within ourselves our lives become very deep, very real and extremely authentic. No matter what our definition of life beyond this realm and our view of God in the fullest sence, when we connect to our truest self we are enlivened and empowered to be our fullest being. The external that does not reflect our internal becomes less important. We focus on that which has meaning. We create the things our soul desires. This is bliss and happiness.

The process of aligning, balancing and connnecting to be a conscious creator living the authentic life with focused intention is what I call Multidimensional Quantum Development.

Each of us have our unique perspective, our unique position and our unique way of being/doing. None of us can take on anothers way. We have to find the narrow gate of our soul and live through our true selves to find that path.

This is not a time to judge others. This is not a time to compete with others.

Bottom line.

We are either doing our best job, or falling short.

We are either living in love, or we are not.

We are either creating, or we are not.

Our best is not relative to another. Our best is relative to ourselves.

This is not a time to look outward to define our world, but to look inward and know ourselves.

LIFE is our choice. The fullest and best life is our making. Live into the best you for you and by you.

AUTHENTIC LIVING Our life we decided not to wait to actually begin living exactly was we believe to be authentic, sustainable, conscious, awake, intentional, and actively creating. We set up our bulk food system to work what we will be selling. We ordered the sustainable options that we will be offering. We planted an herb garden and put seeds to sprout. We are tilling one of our fields. We are letting the others go to seed. We signed up with a local animal rescue as a foster family. We established relationships with three local growers and waiting for the forth to finish their new ‘site.’ We have researched buying organic non GMO bulk foods for ourselves and to offer. We are raising our kids and working with all of our relations within our concept of Multidimensional Quantum Development, which does include removing any toxic relationship from our life.

EDUCATION Reconnected with strong study programs (EFT World Event!) to keep developing and expanding my horizons to research many, many interests to be included in our life and our business. Joined a variety of communities to find like-minded people to share resources and springboard our conscious evolution. Current Update & Ever Expanding... The beauty of creation!

Truly the best result of this challenge is not all that was accomplished in moving our goal forward. My husband and I are A types and very hard workers. We are very capable of setting a vision into a reality.What was wonderful about this whole process was the push to achieve beyond the limits currently accepted. I faced some of my demons and have come forward in many areas. I was raised in a culture where it is accepted that you have to work hard and be good to achieve success. Now okay… the ‘be good’ is actually an external judgment after the fact. There are many not so good people are very very successful.

I come from a family of experts. They are professionals in their field. We are all high achievers. Now my question would be on how authentic is their life? On the surface they are successful and should be very happy. But truly I see their lives very compartmentalized. There is not a free flowing congruence in the foundational aspects of a holistic and authentic life. When a situation came up that was not ‘acceptable’ instead of clearing it and taking full responsibility, life time and time again was just shifted. Basically brushed under the carpet and forgotten.

I came to the realization in this challenge that I have been waiting to be deemed ‘good enough’ and have worked ‘hard enough’ to receive all that is rightfully mine. Along the way I placed a limiting thought that I would not receive what I need until I proved myself. Somewhere deep inside there was a doubt that since I have not received more, I must be less, not good enough yet.I received a message in a dream early on, that I have all that I need. Though I kept waiting to be given more in the sense of vision or ability or success, I felt short. Like I still had not reached the threshold to receive what I longed.

Then I was asked to write the article which was a mental trip on how I saw energy in this world. Basically the question was how I see energy and used it to live my life since the day I arrived here on earth. I wrote the article and then was told to take my time. I was given 30 days to submit the finished product. I put the pages I wrote to the side and took on the EFT World Forum. I was invited to many more lectures. I researched every topic. I was so excited with all the supporting material that gave me insight. Then I re-read my paper. I barely changed a thing. I submitted three days later.

Then I received two more messages from unrelated sources saying that I have all that I need, I just need to acknowledge and accept them. Once again, I wrote out examples of how I lived my life using the energy that I saw. I realized for the first time that my innate powers I had used to survive in this world are my natural abilities. I have complete control over my own energy and how I operate in this world. I just never saw it before. No one needs to 'tell' me about energy, manifesting, activating and living authentically. I have been living fully this way all my life.

My family is a southern family where you are quiet and are not heard. You move pieces around in life like a board of chess. Deception and manipulation was the main model. Life was triangulated so that someone was always the odd man out and the other held in high esteem.

I have always worn my emotions on my sleeve. Over time I have learned to control my emotions. I have learned to operate quietly in this world with a high tolerance and a steadfast dedication.Through this challenge I have learned that we need our emotions to empower the way we operate. This focused intention is magnified by the emotions that we bring to it. Life is empowered by our emotions. Any force needs the counter force. If something is coming at you, you need the opposite force to stop it. This is not passively waiting on your intention. This is not diligently doing to fulfill your intention. This is living wholeheartedly into your intention. That is the force of the universe.

Bottom line, I faced some of the limiting aspects of my culture, my family and my own mind to discover that I do have all that I need. I realized that even though my culture, my family and even my own mind believed that first you have to work hard to achieve success, real success is in living the authentic life. The true success of this challenge is that by embracing that I am exactly where I am suppose to be doing exactly what I am suppose to be doing, I will reach for more, be more and live more. The challenge was to get beyond the limits of my mind to live full, be authentic and love with a whole heart.

The challenge was not about doing or manifesting. I have done that all my life. To truly master manifesting you need to be centered in your soul completely and activated into connecting to source and creating your reality. I call this Multidimensional Quantum Development. First you have to be living fully and be empowered authentically, than all the possibilities of the universe is at hand.

Thank you for opening another door to my soul to live the AUTHENTIC LIFE to empower the FOCUSED INTENTION of THE CONSCIOUS CREATOR! We are off and running!

I feel that I have had some very similar experiences in the "good enough" and "worked hard enough" categories--- something to do with that old Protestant work ethic and other things about my upbringing. I have not expressed anything near the actual depth of it on this site, but it is so there. You have expressed so much of it so profoundly.

When we realize that what has been given to us is no more than what we can bear, our cross becomes lighter. Angels and guides will support us and help us traverse the devistation to reach beyond. We all experience healing in some form or another throughout our lives. We heal our physical bodies with healthy food, vitamins, herbals and medications. We heal our minds with positive thinking, affirmations and healthy thoughts. We heal our spirits with prayer, intention, and meditation. All of these methods of healing affect our existence in some way. All work to keep us from succumbing to disease.

Many of these methods seem disparate in nature as if they had nothing to do with one another, yet all claim to be successful. For example, an energy method such as Reiki seems to work completely different than say, a nutritional supplement. Meditation and prayer have seemingly different effects than medications or nutritional supplements. One affects the mind or spirit while the other affects the cells of the body. With all of these methods working in seemingly different ways to heal, how could they ever be explained by a common theory? Is there a fundamental process that connects all systems of healing?

In order to find such a common underlying process we must look deep into the essence of life. We must look deep into our bodies and the molecules that combine to form them. When we do we find a fundamental process that all living systems share. We find that life has the special ability to become more complex over time. This ability is special because life exists in a universe that becomes more disorganized over time. Life’s special ability has to do with having a constant supply of something that keeps it from degenerating into disorder. That something is called information.A growing number of elite scientists now believe that all matter and energy consist of information. Information is the essence of all things. All living systems must have a constant supply of information from the universe in order to survive and evolve to higher levels of complexity. The ability of life to receive and integrate information is what makes it so special. We exist in a field of potentially active information. We commonly think that the information contained in life resides in DNA. Yes, DNA is an incredible repository of information and a product of billions of years of evolution. But you may have the intuitive sense that you are more than your DNA. Your existence extends beyond your cells and physical body. Your being extends out making connections with the universe around you. These connections communicate information between you and the universe.

Even the relatively new science of epigenetics has discovered other complex information systems that reside outside of DNA and yet affect how DNA is expressed. These systems connect with our bodies and minds producing a kind of an information feedback system to DNA. Your actions and even your thoughts can affect how your DNA is expressed.You are an informational system. In order to keep on living you must somehow gather and integrate information into your being. The same goes for healing. Healing is an extension of the same underlying process of living. Think of how one heals. Generally there is some sort of process in the body that causes disorder. For example a cancerous tumor may spread disorder throughout the system. Healing occurs when order is restored. Decreasing disorder is a result of the infusion of information. Perhaps a sick individual uses a number of information sources to restore order or heal from the cancer. They may consist of medications, nutrients and mind-body techniques.

We can view ourselves as existing on several informational levels. For example, the molecules of your body contain information in how they are put together. Exposing these molecules to information sources such as nutrients constitutes an exchange of information. The molecules of the nutrients interact with the receptors on cells and transfer information to elicit changes in the cells. Nutrients can be seen as information sources with the purpose of restoring order to the body.

Likewise healing prayer may also restore order by sending information non-locally to the body. There are a large number of studies examining healing prayer as well as the effects of intention on others and machines. The work of researchers such as Dean Radin at the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research center has opened up whole new vistas of how human intention can affect the physical world. All of this research serves as support for the existence of a nonlocal communication of information.

What are the prospects of understanding healing in terms of information? For one, all healing systems can be described as essentially doing the same thing, which is sending healing information to the body. Alternative and mainstream systems become part of the same underlying information-transferring process. Second, we can organize sources of information according to levels of complexity such as molecular, energy, mind and spirit so that all can be used to support healing. Third, we can apply concepts of the science of information theory to fine-tune the exchange of information for each individual.

If all healing systems are seen as information transferring systems then seemingly disparate systems have equal footing when contributing to a healing program. Reiki is now seen to be as important as medication because it works on the nonlocal level while medication works on the molecular level. Both spirit and molecular levels of existence contribute to the overall human being. The same can be said for meditation and nutrition. Meditation works on the mind level while nutrition works on the molecular level. Both work by transferring healing information to the body, which in turn, reduces disorganization or disease.

Understanding healing in terms of exchanges of information may open up new fields of study such as informational medicine or informational healing. New systems of healing could emerge that combine techniques that may have previously seemed unrelated. In the future alternative and mainstream practitioners may be able to communicate and work together with a common understanding of healing. If science is already beginning to understand matter and energy in terms of information perhaps the healing arts will soon follow.

Society, as a whole, works through stages of consciousness. These stages, which were called memes by legendary social scientist Clare Graves, are patterns of development in social behavior. He discovered two tiers of memes and performed extensive research on the first tier of six memes.
This basic tier of six memes reflects the progress of mankind from the dark ages through modern times. In addition to this, today, the second tier has emerged in enough people for the first two of its memes to be identified.

In pre-medieval times, the predominant mindset in Europe was that of meme number two, that of superstition and tight-knit clans. Then, European civilization passed though the next two stages; tribal conflict (meme three), and then the seeking of order through a hierarchical, feudal system (meme four).
Three hundred years ago, social progress accelerated as meme number five, that of individual empowerment, came into vogue. While the engines of commerce and technology took three hundred years to develop, it has only taken the last forty years for the sixth meme, that of community and caring to appear and spread in the form of today’s ‘Cultural Creatives.’
In the 1990s in America, a study by Paul Ray and Sherry Anderson revealed that a huge 26 percent of adults have made a comprehensive shift in their worldview, values and way of life. These Cultural Creatives are people who love nature, respect the Earth and are deeply concerned about the environment. They like to develop close relationships with each other, and to help and encourage other people to develop their abilities. They care about personal and spiritual development, and want more equality for women and all cultural groups.
This means that if you are searching for better quality of life, less stress, better health, and a simpler lifestyle that includes more spirituality, then you are one of a growing number of people who have already become a part of the greatest social transformation of all time.
In my book, “The Shift: The Revolution in Human Consciousness,” I point out that these stages, or memes, correspond exactly to the stages of consciousness in the human chakra system. For example, the solar plexus chakra has two faces. The forward-facing solar plexus chakra has the characteristic of searching for order and purpose in life, just like meme number four. The backward-facing solar plexus chakra resonates exactly one musical half-tone higher in frequency and has the characteristic of striving to succeed in personal achievement, just like meme number five.
“The Shift: The Revolution in Human Consciousness” details my research on how the twelve memes of social progress correlate exactly with the twelve half-tones of the musical octave and also with the twelve faces of the seven major chakras.
The Twelve Chakra Faces
Society, today, is working through its fears in its journey towards heart-centered consciousness. This level of consciousness is associated with meme number six, the receptive, sensitive, forward face of the heart chakra.
Once people discover the freedom of heart-centered consciousness, the next step is what Professor Clare Graves called “a momentous leap” into the second tier of six memes. While the first tier of memes is one of basic consciousness, the second tier is one of spiritual awareness. By stepping from heart-centered consciousness to heart-powered consciousness, each individual reaches meme number seven, the first meme in that second, spiritual tier.
A world in transformation may seem chaotic at times because change does cause turbulence. When an established pattern of consciousness is disturbed by a rise in frequency, a choppy pattern appears, one which is searching for a new form. At this time, personal and societal discords can abound as old wounds arise seeking attention and resolution. As the frequency of consciousness rises even more towards the new level, the unsettled patterns morph into an entirely new pattern, one which is even more complex and beautiful than the one it replaces.
People reach heart-centered consciousness, the initial, meme six stage of heart consciousness in their own time. Then they take that next step into the spiritual tier of memes and experience the energy and drive of meme seven’s heart-powered consciousness.
With heart-powered consciousness comes the inspiration of a deeper sense of intuition, the emotional rewards of unconditional love, and a newfound level of inner creativity.
With inspiration, love and creativity, a new dimension of living is born, one which can truly help to create a new and heart-powered world.

"The significant link to the right brain is pretty clear. The specialized characteristics of the right hemisphere make it the seat of curiosity, synergy, experimentation, metaphoric thinking, playfulness, solution finding, artistry, flexibility, synthesizing and in general, risk taking. In addition, it is likely to be opportunistic, future oriented, welcoming of change, and to function as the center of our visualization capability.

Every one of these specialized modes is capable of enhancing an individual's creative thinking. For example, an intuitive idea that pops into your mind and appears to solve a problem can be experimented with, visualized, integrated with other ideas and ultimately developed into a possible solution. That's the right hemisphere part.

Now, to do something about that possible solution requires different specialized mental processes, and these, by and large, are located in the left hemisphere. Diagnosing the proposed solution to determine whether it solves the real problem makes use of our rational processes of analysis and logic.

The next creativity step might be how to factoring in sequence, timing or implementation procedures. Since the right hemisphere and the left hemisphere are massively interconnected (through the corpus callosum), it is not only possible, but also highly likely, that the creative person can iterate back and forth between these specialized modes to arrive at a practical solution to a real problem. If the right hemisphere were somehow disconnected from the left and confined to its own specialized thinking modes, it might be relegated to only "soft" fantasy solutions, pipe dreams or weird ideas that would be difficult, if not impossible, to fully implement in the real world. We are not God with ALL knowing Truth... we have our own with our own imperfections, slant, blockages... that I do not see as bad as our culture would clame but our journey to experience and move beyond the blockages to shine more brightly in this world.

I believe that religions of the world which are translated by the limited perceptions of men... no matter how good of a receiver of the greater message stiffles the purest meaning. The time we are in and are leaving I believe is one of power, control, force, fear and scarcity. Lower energies. When we live in fear... we want to be right. That means others have to be wrong. So we take the purest messages and translate them to make our path more worthy then someone elses path.

I believe that we are in changing vibrations and that we are learning more about who we are and why we are here.... our lights want to shine and we are embracing learning how to allow them to shine. All our lights together make the full spectrum of the rainbow and refract in this dimension and beyond. Together we are the prism in this time allowing light into the darkness and together we make the rainbow. I believe the ultimate message of the rainbow was not the one that we learned in church... but that force and distruction is not the True Way... that allowing the light of the rainbows shine clearly in this realm is the Ultimate path... and each of us define that narrow gate... no one can tell us our journey... through knowing ourselves... we find our light.

I was asked about ghosts and what are they and why they are here. Let me start by saying I have never joined a group outside of friends to discuss big ideas... since I was in school... I love contemplating and trying to grasp the straws of life that seem to slip through our fingers... so I will put what I believe out there. I have never studied ghost and hauntings. I do admit they have always intrigued me since I was a small child.

SOME Basic assumptions (not saying complete or all encompassing) we are energetic entities that come to this dimension to experience and express ourselves in life; we come here with a purpose or a contract as some have proposed with this life to experience or express one way or another; we have free will and choice as discussed in the first posting and others have free will and others have free will ( I do want to add to the other when I get a chance); we as souls that ‘forget’ outside of this realm are dropped into life and try to figure out who we are and what we are doing ‘our journey’; we are actually made up of multiple levels to our body: physical body, our mental body (our intellect, our emotions, our ego etc.), energetic body, our intuitive body, and our divine body (or soul); we are these energetic beings within a body or ‘bio-suit’ that functions within this dimension; we have no owner’s manual except the current cultures passed down known or accepted limited knowledge; and we are given our life situation, our bodies and all our relations; in which we all have free will (co-creation); and each of us affects the other (entangled), and so on…

Basically there are many variables… we are the director of our own play: yet we have the limitation of our physical environment; we have the limitations of the affects of those around us that we cannot control; we have the limitations of our mind; we have the limitations of our relations and understanding: the known knowledge, our families beliefs, our cultures traditions etc.

I believe we ‘remember’ as we journey, and we do have a navigational system… yet that is reliant on our ability know about it and use it. That ability I believe is how connected we are to our soul… or source energy… or God…

Without our internal alignment, our strong foundation, balance within our lives and our ability to use our bio-suit in this dimension we lose our focus and centeredness… we become lost, trapped, scattered, confused, engaged in unhealthy/destructive relationships, we lose who we are, why we are here, life spins us out of control, we become addicted to a variety of escapisms to sooth the upset or forget even more…

I have always pictured my life as a purification process to reconnect with my soul… not saying I will ever get there… but I believe that is part of at least my journey.

Therefore from what I have seen from documentaries and movies (which like I said I am very very drawn to ghosts)… each of us ‘has our story’… we have ‘our dreams’ and ‘our song’ (as beautifully shared in the movie Australia) When we have all three life is beautiful… when lose one or its out of ‘tune’ things get fuzzy…

So back to ghosts… beings here with a purpose and free choice. Their story for some reason not achieved or completed and just the opposite… spun completely out of control so much so that levels of their holistic body… became trapped within this dimension and unable to be released back to the source. I would venture to guess it has to do with mental body and the energetic body. If the intuitive body is our connection to our soul, the divine body is our soul, and the physical body or bio-suit died. That would leave me to believe that the mental and energetic bodies are cut off from the divine body, intuitive body and the physical body and trapped within this dimension and until they are resolved… they are here.

This would be my best… hope it provides a glimmer of something :)

I had a friend… or someone I knew that said that after 911 she went up to New York to help clear the trapped souls… and they claimed that ALL the souls moved on. EXTRAORDINARILY so… even though it devastated our world… the souls returned to themselves… and hopefully each of us received the message in the action… another discussion another day…

Your Lightbody is a gridwork of light and sacred geometry that brings together your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual being. This body radiates light energy and electromagnetically links your multidimensional self with the infinite universe. It connects you to your encoded data through high electrical currents that assist you in translating and manifesting your hidden talents and soul purpose. As you activate, build and integrate your Lightbody, you reorganize your molecular structure, allowing your body to be less dense and more free to express itself with the source of the universe.

The sacred geometry of the Lightbody is also called the "Merkaba." This is both an Egyptian and Hebrew word for the spinning field of light energy and information that radiates from the human body as the star tetrahedron, also known as the Star of David. The Merkaba is a geometrically precise field that is formed from the pattern of the first eight cells of the fertilized ovum or zygote. The location of these eight cells is in the geometrical center of the human body in the base or root chakra. The eight cells also provide the center point for all of the energy fields and grids that surround the body. Thus, the Merkaba field is the matrix of creation. Stated another way, it is the blueprint from which your physical and subtle bodies are formed and from which your life’s journey and soul purpose is made manifest.

The Lightbody or Merkaba is sacred geometry that transcends space, time and dimensions. It is an aspect of the body that activates each cell to a specific resonance and reestablishes a higher connection with the creative Light of God. Sacred geometry concerns the balancing and integration of the feminine and the masculine aspects of your being. The right brain or feminine side intuits unity consciousness and trusts feelings over the intellect. The left brain or the male side sees duality everywhere, wants proof that only one spirit exists in everything and perceives that feelings are not enough. As the polarities integrate, you begin to move into wholeness.

With this law of One, you bring an increased dimensional light and wisdom into your life, moving you closer toward ascension. The ascension process is the merging of the physical body and the spiritual body into a perfected being of light. This merging with your higher self is created by a series of descensions of spirit. Descension means that a vaster part of who you are in the upper dimensions comes to reside in your physical body. As your cells gradually metabolize light energy, every cell of your being becomes spirit in action. Each descension increases the amount of light you are holding in your molecular structure and physical cells and is equivalent to one level of your Lightbody.

As discussed in What is Lightbody? by Tashira Tachi-Ren, activation of your Lightbody consists of twelve levels. As each level is completed, the energy must be integrated physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. For example, as spirit brings higher light vibrations and information in contact with your mental body, the mental body may say, "That’s not real." The emotional body picks up the same impulses from spirit and can close down rather than expressing itself. Eventually, the physical body could become imbalanced which may result in some form of disease. This creates an ongoing cycle of limitation that is based on the illusion of separation from spirit. However, as you progress through each level, you will embody greater wisdom and clarity about your connection with spirit through the process of clearing and releasing the deepest layers of your core human issues.

At the end of each level of Lightbody Activation, there is a void space that can be likened to an ego death that is characterized by a form of depression or a sense of nothingness. In this energetic void, you are asked to rest and vision a new picture of yourself and your life before moving to the next Lightbody level. You may notice flashing colors of light across your third eye, visualize geometric shapes or hear humming sounds. This transformative process will allow you to turn the light codes in your physical body into cognitive clarity and wisdom. During this time, if you focus on filling the void with joy and shifting the old forms of your life in a gentle, loving and timely way, you will create a life of balance and harmony.

The Lightbody Activation process is non-linear yet it has an overall structure or pattern. It is not a measurement of your personal spiritual achievement. The levels are parallel transmutational stages that can take years or a few minutes to move through depending on the will of spirit. Each person has a unique tonal sound signature, the tone that you are. The Lightbody process activates different cords and resonates sound in accordance with the particular level or levels that an individual is consciously and unconsciously processing in their present life experience.

Your soul and divine blueprint determines where you are in any given moment of your evolution and what is needed to best serve the Christ Consciousness. A brief summary of each level as discussed by Tashira Tachi-Ren follows:

First Level Lightbody: It is as though a light bulb goes off in your DNA saying, "It’s time to go home." There is a sense of wonderment and elation that comes up from inside the body. At the same time, the body says, "Time to drop density". Most people have the flu and release old traumas, toxins and stored emotions from the physical body.

Second Level Lightbody: You may feel a little disoriented, be tired and continue to experience flu symptoms. You begin to have an inkling there is something called spirit in your life and that you are connected to your soul.

Third Level Lightbody: Your physical senses become strong. Each cell has increased light focused directly into it by spirit that promotes understanding of higher dimensions. A two-way conversation between your physical body and spirit has begun.

Fourth Level Lightbody: The chemistry and electromagnetic energy in your brain changes. You may experience headaches, blurry vision or difficulty hearing. The hemispheres of your brain begin firing electrically across both hemispheres at the same time. You may feel this electrical energy running across your scalp or down your spine. There are flashes of clairvoyance and a sense of being connected to all things.

Fifth Level Lightbody: You begin to remember more of your dreams and are more cognizant of non-linear thinking. Old thought patterning begins to shift and is released out of the body. You begin to ask yourself, "Who am I?"

Sixth Level Lightbody: Spirit brings you in contact with information and people who are working with the Light to assist you in having a vaster understanding of your own reality and how you operate within that reality. You have flashes of multidimensionality, the feeling that nothing is real and the experience of objects not being solid. You experience compassion within yourself and others to do whatever is necessary to assist them or yourself in going to the next higher step of evolution in service to all life.

Seventh Level Lightbody: You enter the emotional stages of Lightbody Activation and focus on deeper levels of opening the heart center. There is a childlike playfulness from which you operate. You begin to experience the now, the energies of synchronization and of being fully present with spirit.

Eighth Level Lightbody: Your pituitary and pineal glands start to grow and change shape. When your pineal gland is growing, it can feel as though someone has their finger between your eyebrows and is pushing against it. You may feel pressure at the back of your head as the pituitary gland is expanding and experience cranial expansion. You start to think in terms of geometries and tones. Your decisions begin to be guided by spirit.

Ninth Level Lightbody: You are opened more fully to understanding the geometries of tonal languages. You are beginning to embody divinity. You may experience body shifts such as growing taller or shorter. Your weight may go up or down. This is a powerful shift into your multidimensional self and is the final passage to understanding and embodying that you are the source.

Tenth Level Lightbody: You begin to manifest the abilities of an avatar or spiritual master. You are fully conscious of being one with the source. You begin to build your Merkaba, a crystalline geometric light structure that allows you to pass through time, space and dimensions.

Eleventh Level Lightbody: Your structure is made up of many lines of light intersecting in beautiful geometries. A new circulatory system has been built. You are operating fully from your God-self and there is no separation. Everyone at this level is manifesting their vision of heaven on earth.

Twelfth Level Lightbody: This is the final activation of the Merkaba field. You are the divine plan for the planet Earth. You will be affiliated with new and different group structures of councils, governments and families that have come into being for Earth’s final ascension. There will also be different types of community living and new rituals awakening the sovereignty of spirit. In the new world that is emerging, we will each live in our spirit, delighting in our present. As we are fully present, we are in the world, not of the world.

You must manifest clarity at the micro personal level to be able to have the same experience at the macro collective level. This is divine law, as above so below. Each of us must first create in our own lives what we desire in our families, communities, societies and countries to be able to shift the entire global collective around the issues of social structure, politics, economics, government and law. You will be living a new life without the need for violence, polarity and disease in a world filled with peace, joy, security and equality. Your new reality perceptions will be ones of clarity, humility, forgiveness and love.

All the angelic assistance you need is available but you must ask for it and learn to trust the process. Each person is responsible for their own life. As you clear away the fears from your inner life, magically you will experience a corresponding shift in your outer life. This, too, is divine law. Ascension is a very simple process. The shift in Light Bodies can occur in an instant.

The difference in your life will be your ability to feel and live in joy. The greatest way to serve God, serve all mankind, serve the planet and serve ourselves is to create our lives as a masterpiece of joy. If you focus on the entire process of Lightbody Activation, you will become the adept or spiritual master you desire to be.

During a Lightbody Activation session, you will receive tonal sound, color and geometric patterns through the practitioner’s hands that are placed on or above the physical body. The practitioner is a conduit of the I AM Presence, receiving it and transferring it to you on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels while activating the Merkaba that is both within and outside the body. Enlightenment & The Body of Light | John White

ENLIGHTENMENT IS THE goal of human life, for the individual and for the race.
Enlightenment is awakening to the presence of God as the One-in-all and All-in-one and then expressing that nondual realization in every aspect of your existence. Simply put, enlightenment is God-realization, i.e., making God real in the totality of your being.

Enlightenment, therefore, is a developmental process, not a one-time event. It is the highest aspect of our human potential for self-directed growth in body, mind, and spirit. That human potential can change the human condition.

Enlightenment is not purely psychological. In the course of higher human development, physical changes also occur, most dramatically in the later phases of the enlightenment process. In the final phase, according to various sacred traditions, the body is alchemically changed into light.

Enlightenment becomes literally so, through the transubstantiation of flesh, blood, and bone into an immortal body of light. Through a combination of personal effort and divine grace, a person attains a deathless condition through the alchemical transmutation of his or her ordinary fleshly body. This transubstantiated body is called various names in the traditions, such as light body, solar body, diamond body, or resurrection body. I'll expand on that below.

If involution is the materialization of Spirit and evolution is the spiritualization of matter, then the end of evolution—final enlightenment—is the complete return of matter to Spirit as humans attain full expression of their inherent divinity and become Godmen and Godwomen. It is the conquest of death. It is the return to the condition of "that which never dies and that which was never born."

From Morality to Mysticism

Morality, or the moral dimension of life, is the foundation for the process of higher human development to enlightenment. However, the process only begins there. As a person practices spiritual disciplines—prayer, meditation, or esoteric psychotechnologies—to deepen his or her relationship with God, the person ascends in consciousness to higher and higher planes of existence. Mystical experience and arcane metaphysics come to the forefront of the person's consciousness, and the light of God shines ever more brightly through every aspect of the person's life. Ultimately, the quest for enlightenment leads one to actually becoming light—attaining the body of light and becoming a being of light.

Morality and virtue are then understood to be the human reflection of divine attributes, and the practice of mysticism is understood as a process of becoming, quite literally, more and more Godlike.The important thing in the process is, as the Bhagavad Gita puts it, to "fix your heart on God, " submit your will to the Divine Will, and then invoke the Holy Spirit, the Shekinah Glory, the Goddess Kundalini, etcetera, as the entry point for your spiritual practice. Support that with moral behavior, cultivation of the body and mind, works of social goodness and civic responsibility. In other words, live a life of integral practice, so that your entire being—body, mind, and spirit—is oriented to the attainment of enlightenment. God will take care of the rest.

Through spiritual refinement, the psychophysical dross of your humanity is removed. Then you can "cast off " the flesh body through the death process. You put on the "seamless robe of light. " You no longer cast a shadow because you do not have a Shadow.

Sacred Traditions for Higher Human Development

If there is an inner unity or transcendent common core to world religions and sacred traditions, we should expect that the human potential for transubstantiation would be understood by all of them. Indeed, that is just what we find. Some of the names given to the body of light are as follows:

In the Judeo-Christian tradition, it is called "the resurrection body " and "the glorified body." The prophet Isaiah said, "The dead shall live, their bodies shall rise" (Isa. 26:19). St. Paul called it "the celestial body" or "spiritual body " (soma pneumatikon) (I Corinthians 15:40).

In Sufism it is called "the most sacred body " (wujud al-aqdas) and "supracelestial body " (jism asli haqiqi).

In Taoism, it is called "the diamond body," and those who have attained it are called "the immortals" and "the cloudwalkers."

In Tibetan Buddhism it is called "the light body."

In Tantrism and some schools of yoga, it is called "the vajra body," "the adamantine body," and "the divine body."

In Kriya yoga it is called "the body of bliss."

In Vedanta it is called "the superconductive body."In Gnosticism and Neoplatonism, it is called "the radiant body."

In the alchemical tradition, the Emerald Tablet calls it "the Glory of the Whole Universe" and "the golden body." The alchemist Paracelsus called it "the astral body."

In the Hermetic Corpus, it is called "the immortal body " (soma athanaton).

In some mystery schools, it is called "the solar body."

In Rosicrucianism, it is called "the diamond body of the temple of God."

In ancient Egypt it was called "the luminous body or being" (akh).

In Old Persia it was called "the indwelling divine potential" (fravashi or fravarti).In the Mithraic liturgy it was called "the perfect body " (soma teilion).

In the philosophy of Sri Aurobindo, it is called "the divine body," composed of supramental substance.In the philosophy of Teilhard de Chardin, it is called "the ultrahuman."

There probably are other traditions that have analogous terms, and I would be glad to be informed of them. As I see it, these are different terms for the same ultimate stage of human evolution. (I feel quite tentative about Teilhard de Chardin because he is not specific in his writings about the somatic changes which lead to the evolved human. I have excluded Nietzsche's ubermensch altogether for that and other reasons.)

The traditions speak of the process in different ways. Is the immortal body created or released, attained or manifested? Is it preexistent within the individual and the gross matter of the body simply "burned " away? Or is the gross matter of the body altered through a process not yet recognized by physical science, which changes the atoms of flesh into something unnamed on the Periodic Table of Elements? Is there more than one route to the final, perfected form of the human body-mind? Is it necessary to actually die biologically, or is there an alternate path to the light body that bypasses physical death? These are provocative questions which remain to be explored. However this state is achieved, the perfected individual is then capable of operating within ordinary space-time through that altered vehicle of consciousness which is immortal. That vehicle of consciousness is no longer carbon-based as is biological flesh. Rather, it is composed of a finer, more ethereal form of energy-substance unknown to conventional physics, but long known to metaphysics and higher mysticism. That condition is, for the individual, the most exalted stage of higher human development; for humanity in general, it is the final stage of evolution.

The request was to share my vision is in regards to the limitations of the current power sources and explain how I have envisioned using power ever since I was a small child. I am asking the universe for a clear picture in my mind so that I can express my vision of all that remains at arm length from my memory, but through my heart I know to be … more real then what is. My intension is to share my vision to spark those who might be able to bring forth this new energy power source into a concrete manifestation to be used in the coming time. Below is a glimpse of what I have written. Please see links at the end for the articles and blogs with more in-depth information.

When I was young I could look up at night and see all the interconnection between everything. I had dreams that the walls between us that keep us separate were illusions. The things that we believe makes us ‘safe’ were self-made mind constructs that were not true. I woke up from a nightmare knowing that no matter what we do within the current thinking, we would not accomplish what we were trying to achieve. I could read a situation before it manifested. I knew the feeling of taking my hand and reaching through a wall or moving an object with my mind, yet I couldn’t remember exactly how. I knew the feeling of going beneath the water as if I was walking on land and not being confined due to the lack of air or the temperature of the water itself. I knew the feeling of rising out of the water and reaching into the sky from just from a thought. Any movement was light and easy. I knew the feeling of being in one place at one time and then being suddenly in another through a smooth transition with no limitations of time, space, culture, understanding or ability to navigate any obstacle before me.

Then as I grew up I started drowning in this world trying to master one struggle after another without my innate abilities and being able to call upon all that I had known before. I was weighted, lost and alone. No longer could I feel the freedom of my soul. All of sudden I was separate and no one could understand who I was or the way I saw the world. Early on I realized that I was not of this world, though I am in this world. No matter how hard I tried, I could not force my memory or manifest my abilities. Learning to survive in this time and space has been my journey. All my pursuits start with the best of intentions, but when my vision and belief do not line up with the current state of things, I changed direction and head a new way.

I am now in a place where I can exist firmly in this world. When I choose to turn on my energy, I have untold resources at my disposal. When I choose to turn down my energy, I fade into nothingness and become part of the shadows. I read energies from afar and can counter balance or reflect most things that come my way. When my energies are low and need to be recharged, I stop and restore my natural balance and ability to navigate within this world. Though I learned so much here, I know there is more that I innately can do, yet my memory and abilities elude me.

Still to this day, the external power sources we use seem archaic and obsolete: gears that grind and create friction, intense explosion causing havoc, dead matter burnt to create poison we have to breath, the destruction of nature to deplete a limited supply of possible fuel, and so on. This makes no sense to my mind and the way things should function. Somehow it’s against the natural order. Governments have been made or destroyed by controlling the power sources of the world. Cars driving in traffic wasting fuel and time while polluting the air are wrong. Tires spinning and heating up on asphalt does not make sense. Life is living and creating, not wasting and destroying. Wires and now satellites along with their towers that crisscross our world in such an ugly manner to only break and need to be replaced after a short time period are such a primitive way to connect with each other. Large decaying vehicles that spit out toxic material to allow for travel from one place to another are not the way to move and express our eternal beings. All this and many more things seem so very wrong in my mind and are part of the old lower energies leaving this time.

The truth is that we are here in a bio-suit as a spiritual entity experiencing and expressing our soul sincere desires. We need to reject the current era’s viewpoint that has reduced us into severed pieces of meat attached by different unrelated systems. We are not this broken flat trapped by the limited viewpoints of this time and space. Truly we are energetic beings of light. We vibrate at different frequencies, just as the rest of existence. All is connected energetically. Our light energy reaches far beyond the surface of all that we see. What we perceive in this world is only a reflection of the limitations presented by our minds, not the truth of our souls. Our guidance system is out of balance. Our energies are blocked and do not flow freely. We have cut ourselves off from our different levels of experience and expression. We are lost and blind and feel alone. The truth is we are not lost, blind or alone. Yet we believe the false constructs of our mind. We need to open our inner eye and see beyond this realm into the depths of all that exists.

This is a new time. By letting go of all our old worldly ways and limiting beliefs, we are making room for the new way. Each needs to incorporate all that we have remembered in recent times to heal ourselves and to know ourselves. We need to weave together all that we have learned to reconnect our whole beings. We are spiritual beings of light energy expressing ourselves within this dimension having a human experience. We are connected to all of existence. Our world is a reflection of our expression. Life is like a purifying process to help us know ourselves better. Through our experiences, we expand and grow in our creation. Though this understanding is in the foggy distance, we wanted this life experience that we have encountered. The time is to embrace all that is happening and grow through our experiences to find our whole self!
We have denied our strong multidimensional nature for too long. We have lost our cohesion between all levels of our existence. We have fallen under the spell that we are our bio-suits and all of existence is in this flat world. We believe we are dying. We killed God or at least reduced the almighty being into one vision or another. This is a reflection of the killing of our souls. We have cut off from our source and have lost all our connections between all else. With no center, we are spinning out of control. Now is the time to STOP, and take a breathe.

The time is now to WAKE UP from our long slumber and reclaim our natural multidimensional powers from the depths. We need to relearn to operate at all levels and stretch to expand and create. We need to tap into our source energy. This connection does not deplete what makes us different and special in this world. Actually the connectedness allows each unique frequency to shine brighter like a prism to reflect the full spectrum of the rainbow into our experience. The true promise of the rainbow is that destruction is not the way. The true way is one of love, compassion, and reverence through all our connected relatedness. There is no ‘one way’ like the limiting concept of the old way.

In truth, there are many ways. Yet the only way for each of us is the narrow gate of our soul. We are either connected, or not. We are either acting in accordance with our higher self, or we are not. We are either balanced & aligned within our being at every level stretching through the dimensions, or we are not. We are making choices every moment that agree with our eternal sacred self in this experience, or we are not. We are living authentically, or we are not. We are creating consciously, or we are not. Ultimately, we are here as free beings to either be with ourselves or turn away. The choice is ours.

The question is how does all this relate to the NEW ENERGY SOURCES coming into our world?

The storm is raging between the old way of power and control and the new way of love and compassion. This translates into the old way of lower frequencies or the new way of higher frequencies. The internal struggle is being reflected into the external struggle of the world. We are in crisis trying to define a new way. The storm will rage until a balance is struck. The two ways cannot exist together. We can no longer have lower and higher frequencies at the same time trying to co-exist. The disconnected modes of operating based on the concepts of power, control and scarcity that supports providing for the wellbeing of a few by the many is coming to an end.

We are remembering the powers of our spirit and our multidimensional nature. We are beginning to reconnect to our source energy. We are here trying to let go of the old way and embrace the new. We are going through a filtering process to show clear choices between the two ways of existing. Messengers are here to guide us and lead us over the bridge in this new time. Instead of seeing the new children or any part of life as broken, realize that the world is broken from a long journey of our own brokenness. Our experiences are here to help us define this new time. Without an owner’s manual our navigation has been slow. We have forgotten how to operate from our energetic light bodies. We have forgotten how to use the navigational systems of our physical experienced, our intellect and our emotions to guide us in our experience of this realm. We have lost ourselves in our limiting beliefs that we are our minds and our bodies. The time is now to remember how much more we truly are.

The NEW ENERGY SOURCE is not one we have been working on through our minds, but one we tap into through our spirit. This is an energy that has existed since the beginning of time. The new energy is based on lifting the veils to remember how to embrace our individual personal eternal power.

The time is now to realize this NEW POWER SOURCE is through our eternal beings. The source of power is brought to our world through our individual light bodies. We are the conduit that is guided by our navigational system, the senses of our bio-suit and the aspects of our mind. We are not our minds or bio-suits. Realize that they are tools to help us on our journey.

When we are balanced and aligned we can reach beyond this realm to tap our source energy and use that power in this world. When we remove our false beliefs that are keeping the veils over our eyes, we realize that this world is an illusion. We create the world we live in. When we reach beyond all that we perceive as real, we can once again us our focused intentions to realize our conscious creations. The NEW ENERGY SOUCE is the mastery of our source energy through our light bodies utilizing the tools of our bio-suit, our minds, all the elements of nature and the connections throughout existence is our super highway. We already have all that we need. Have we done our soul work so that we are in tune and ready for this time?

The veils are lifting, inspirations are sparking and our new way of realizing our new life is here.
We might be flying blind hovering inches from the ground or even crashing and burning, but know the new day is coming. The sun is rising. The glory will shine from beyond our world through us into a brighter Now. We will reclaim all the power that is rightfully ours. Each of us has our unique gifts to express ourselves in this journey. The time is now to work with nature once again. Let go of the shore and emerge ourselves into the rapidly flowing waters. The core theories of physics are classical (or Newtonian) mechanics, electromagnetism, optics, thermodynamics, quantum mechanics and relativity. Within each of these branches, science has developed theories that have been validated through mathematics and experimentation: for instance, Issac Newton's famous Three Laws of Motion. Your Lightbody is a gridwork of light and sacred geometry that brings together your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual being. This body radiates light energy and electromagnetically links your multidimensional self with the infinite universe. As you activate, build and integrate your Lightbody, you reorganize your molecular structure, allowing your body to be less dense and more free to express itself with the source of the universe.

The sacred geometry of the Lightbody is also called the "Merkaba." This is both an Egyptian and Hebrew word for the spinning field of light energy and information that radiates from the human body as the star tetrahedron, also known as the Star of David. The Merkaba is a geometrically precise field that is formed from the pattern of the first eight cells of the fertilized ovum or zygote. The location of these eight cells is in the geometrical center of the human body in the base or root chakra. The eight cells also provide the center point for all of the energy fields and grids that surround the body. Thus, the Merkaba field is the matrix of creation. Stated another way, it is the blueprint from which your physical and subtle bodies are formed and from which your life’s journey and soul purpose is made manifest.

The Lightbody or Merkaba is sacred geometry that transcends space, time and dimensions. It is an aspect of the body that activates each cell to a specific resonance and reestablishes a higher connection with the creative Light of God. Sacred geometry concerns the balancing and integration of the feminine and the masculine aspects of your being. The right brain or feminine side intuits unity consciousness and trusts feelings over the intellect. The left brain or the male side sees duality everywhere, wants proof that only one spirit exists in everything and perceives that feelings are not enough. As the polarities integrate, you begin to move into wholeness.
With this law of One, you bring an increased dimensional light and wisdom into your life, moving you closer toward ascension. The ascension process is the merging of the physical body and the spiritual body into a perfected being of light. This merging with your higher self is created by a series of descensions of spirit. Descension means that a vaster part of who you are in the upper dimensions comes to reside in your physical body. As your cells gradually metabolize light energy, every cell of your being becomes spirit in action. Each descension increases the amount of light you are holding in your molecular structure and physical cells and is equivalent to one level of your Lightbody.

As discussed in What is Lightbody? by Tashira Tachi-Ren, activation of your Lightbody consists of twelve levels. As each level is completed, the energy must be integrated physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. For example, as spirit brings higher light vibrations and information in contact with your mental body, the mental body may say, "That’s not real." The emotional body picks up the same impulses from spirit and can close down rather than expressing itself. Eventually, the physical body could become imbalanced which may result in some form of disease. This creates an ongoing cycle of limitation that is based on the illusion of separation from spirit. However, as you progress through each level, you will embody greater wisdom and clarity about your connection with spirit through the process of clearing and releasing the deepest layers of your core human issues.

At the end of each level of Lightbody Activation, there is a void space that can be likened to an ego death that is characterized by a form of depression or a sense of nothingness. In this energetic void, you are asked to rest and vision a new picture of yourself and your life before moving to the next Lightbody level. You may notice flashing colors of light across your third eye, visualize geometric shapes or hear humming sounds. This transformative process will allow you to turn the light codes in your physical body into cognitive clarity and wisdom. During this time, if you focus on filling the void with joy and shifting the old forms of your life in a gentle, loving and timely way, you will create a life of balance and harmony.

The Lightbody Activation process is non-linear yet it has an overall structure or pattern. It is not a measurement of your personal spiritual achievement. The levels are parallel transmutational stages that can take years or a few minutes to move through depending on the will of spirit. Each person has a unique tonal sound signature, the tone that you are. The Lightbody process activates different cords and resonates sound in accordance with the particular level or levels that an individual is consciously and unconsciously processing in their present life experience. Your soul and divine blueprint determines where you are in any given moment of your evolution and what is needed to best serve the Christ Consciousness.

A brief summary of each level as discussed by Tashira Tachi-Ren follows:

First Level Lightbody:
It is as though a light bulb goes off in your DNA saying, "It’s time to go home." There is a sense of wonderment and elation that comes up from inside the body. At the same time, the body says, "Time to drop density". Most people have the flu and release old traumas, toxins and stored emotions from the physical body.

Second Level Lightbody:
You may feel a little disoriented, be tired and continue to experience flu symptoms. You begin to have an inkling there is something called spirit in your life and that you are connected to your soul.

Third Level Lightbody:
Your physical senses become strong. Each cell has increased light focused directly into it by spirit that promotes understanding of higher dimensions. A two-way conversation between your physical body and spirit has begun.

Fourth Level Lightbody:
The chemistry and electromagnetic energy in your brain changes. You may experience headaches, blurry vision or difficulty hearing. The hemispheres of your brain begin firing electrically across both hemispheres at the same time. You may feel this electrical energy running across your scalp or down your spine. There are flashes of clairvoyance and a sense of being connected to all things.

Fifth Level Lightbody:
You begin to remember more of your dreams and are more cognizant of non-linear thinking. Old thought patterning begins to shift and is released out of the body. You begin to ask yourself, "Who am I?"

Sixth Level Lightbody:
Spirit brings you in contact with information and people who are working with the Light to assist you in having a vaster understanding of your own reality and how you operate within that reality. You have flashes of multidimensionality, the feeling that nothing is real and the experience of objects not being solid. You experience compassion within yourself and others to do whatever is necessary to assist them or yourself in going to the next higher step of evolution in service to all life.

Seventh Level Lightbody:
You enter the emotional stages of Lightbody Activation and focus on deeper levels of opening the heart center. There is a childlike playfulness from which you operate. You begin to experience the now, the energies of synchronization and of being fully present with spirit.

Eighth Level Lightbody:
Your pituitary and pineal glands start to grow and change shape. When your pineal gland is growing, it can feel as though someone has their finger between your eyebrows and is pushing against it. You may feel pressure at the back of your head as the pituitary gland is expanding and experience cranial expansion. You start to think in terms of geometries and tones. Your decisions begin to be guided by spirit.

Ninth Level Lightbody:
You are opened more fully to understanding the geometries of tonal languages. You are beginning to embody divinity. You may experience body shifts such as growing taller or shorter. Your weight may go up or down. This is a powerful shift into your multidimensional self and is the final passage to understanding and embodying that you are the source.

Tenth Level Lightbody:
You begin to manifest the abilities of an avatar or spiritual master. You are fully conscious of being one with the source. You begin to build your Merkaba, a crystalline geometric light structure that allows you to pass through time, space and dimensions.

Eleventh Level Lightbody:
Your structure is made up of many lines of light intersecting in beautiful geometries. A new circulatory system has been built. You are operating fully from your God-self and there is no separation. Everyone at this level is manifesting their vision of heaven on earth.

Twelfth Level Lightbody:
This is the final activation of the Merkaba field. You are the divine plan for the planet Earth. You will be affiliated with new and different group structures of councils, governments and families that have come into being for Earth’s final ascension. There will also be different types of community living and new rituals awakening the sovereignty of spirit. In the new world that is emerging, we will each live in our spirit, delighting in our present. As we are fully present, we are in the world, not of the world.

You must manifest clarity at the micro personal level to be able to have the same experience at the macro collective level. This is divine law, as above so below. Each of us must first create in our own lives what we desire in our families, communities, societies and countries to be able to shift the entire global collective around the issues of social structure, politics, economics, government and law. You will be living a new life without the need for violence, polarity and disease in a world filled with peace, joy, security and equality. Your new reality perceptions will be ones of clarity, humility, forgiveness and love.

All the angelic assistance you need is available but you must ask for it and learn to trust the process. Each person is responsible for their own life. As you clear away the fears from your inner life, magically you will experience a corresponding shift in your outer life. This, too, is divine law. Ascension is a very simple process. The shift in Light Bodies can occur in an instant. The difference in your life will be your ability to feel and live in joy. The greatest way to serve God, serve all mankind, serve the planet and serve ourselves is to create our lives as a masterpiece of joy. If you focus on the entire process of Lightbody Activation, you will become the adept or spiritual master you desire to be.

During a Lightbody Activation session, you will receive tonal sound, color and geometric patterns through the practitioner’s hands that are placed on or above the physical body. The practitioner is a conduit of the I AM Presence, receiving it and transferring it to you on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels while activating the Merkaba that is both within and outside the body. Lightbody Activation works in partnership with your conscious intent, higher self, angelic guides and the Universal Mind.
